Each kiosk order goes directly to the kitchen. They do call your name to pick up your to go order and the milkshakes. When you dine in they actually bring your order on a tray to your table. On your receipt at the very top is a QR scan code for you to get your fountain drink. You scan that under the scan reader in order to work the refreshment bar work. You can get as many refills as you like when you dine inside. We ordered our steak burgers. The double steak burger meal and their single steak burger meal.
