When my hubby and I get in the mood for some Chinese food which is fast, and fresh and well as tasty. We get our stand by here. I enjoy their Kung also chicken this time with chow mein noodles. My hubby gets the 2 entree plate instead of the bowl that I get. His double entree is their Honey Sesame Chicken with steamed white rice. Both of our meals were prepared fresh and were very delicious. The only thing missing is a drive thru. Other than that this place is still great. read more

This panda SUCKS. They were out of half their meats and what was there wasn't fresh at all. The workers are rude too. Not coming back here.

I've come here several times they are great chefs and employees who work hard. Your work is appreciated, especially they are always friendly to customers. Luke I assume was the supervisor was very attentive and Amira was very kind too. This Chinese fast food restaurant tastes pretty good and they serve you a lot so you get your money's worth. My favorite is their watermelon, peach, & pomegranate refreshments. Thank you guys! read more

I have been visiting this location for years and the food is always great, with friendly hardworking staff. Customer lines seems to always be very long and on my last visit it took about 30 minutes to get my food. The problem seems to be that they give preference to online orders rather than customers in the place. If not for the long wait time they deserve 5 stars. Order online and you will get your food faster that going into the store. read more

I've never had a bad experience at this location! Every time I come here I know the food is going to be fresh because the line is out the door and they're always pumping new food to the counter! My food tonight was hot & fresh. They always get my orders right! Tasted amazing. Service is as fast as they can go with how busy this location is. Nothing to be mad about?? You know when there's a line almost out the door, the food gonna be fresh & the employees are working super hard to get that line down asap. They keep the tables and floors clean. Everything is always stocked. (Some people making reviews has never worked in restaurants and it shows) read more

It's been great the last 3 times we've gotten food from this location! The teriyaki chicken is usually very good, sometime you will get a fair amount of pieces with just fat though. The orange chicken is also delicious but I find that after one serving, the sweetest starts to get overwhelming so I like to pair mine with the teriyaki chicken and chow mein and that helps cut down the sweetness. Always just make sure you request your teriyaki sauce for the chicken as it seems to not come with it unless requested. read more

Everytime I go the line is almost out the door and the wait time is 30-40 minutes because they're doing so many online and DoorDash orders.food is usually good and depending on the time you may not have a place to site down. read more

The people at this place let me tell you something. The amount of customers that these associates had they did not stop. I was there for 30 minutes because of such a high volume and I wanted to give any attitude not once to give any negativity. They were fast on their feet. They were engaged. They were kind these associates need to be acknowledged on this date on August 8 at 8:00 PM. Please give me a raise for their hard work ethic and they're positive attitude is exactly what we need in the industry. read more

Service was extremely slow and my rice had rarely no flavor. It's a good thing the chicken was ok.

Very slow service and puts online orders before customers who have been in line. They need better system.

Wtf is there to say honestly, fast food quality as in miserable. Incompetent workers with no team skills and they one of their workers "Fang" cleaning all the crumb and dirt in the floor and picking up fortune cookies off the floor and placing it back in the box with all the clean cookies. If you don't mind inland chinese quality health, I'd tell you to come eat here. Photo for reference of where I went after they failed to finish my order in a timely manner. read more

Horrible service. Mobile order couldn't be completed for two hours. Instead of calling the number on order allow me to drive out and wait. Then tell me nothing I can do. Even it was pre paid. Stopped by for lunch on a Tuesday early afternoon. The food was hot and quick to be prepared. They were starting to run low on quantity but I was able to get food before they ran out. I have eaten at alot of Panda Expresses and this by far is the worst. It has to be the management. I have tried this location over 20 times over the years and never have they had the main items available. Today they did not have chow mein! I wait in line to be told it would be a 30 minute wait for noodles. Hire more cooks. read more

I come to Panda Express because they are usually old reliable and while I know that the pandemic slows things down there is no reason to have to wait 40mins in line where there were very few people in line... my number was 2. The woman taking orders kept walking away from the register then there were a bunch of people cooking in the back but they were not packaging anything or getting any orders out. There became a steady line and they were only serving online orders instead of those waiting out in the rain. Finally after 40 minutes finally asked for a manager and magically my food appeared before the two others who had ordered before me (yea I don't understand how my number in line was 2 either) I was also informed that no manager was on sight and I could come back tomorrow to complain and all the works cheered apparently the now 10 person line waiting in the rain for service was comical to the 12 people working but not the people waiting in the steady rain read more

Okay first off I love Panda Express, but I ordered uber eats and they basically gave me only lettuce in my chow mein. I'm shocked at how little noodles were in it. Not at all happy and this is wrong since I'm not there in person to say something and just have to deal with my overpriced lettuce. read more

We enjoyed our meals from here. The zucchini mushroom chicken was excellent. All the dishes were fresh. The power greens were perfect. They waited for a freshly cooked bowl if the pan was low before serving you. There was a line out the door. It was all very good. read more

I ordered delivery takeout. When it arrived, everything was literally cold...not lukewarm, but cold. I ordered three meats (2 Beijing Beef and one Orange Chicken). I received only two pieces of the orange chicken! Two pieces! And 21 pieces of the Beijing Beef. The Chow Mein was literally refrigerator cold and the two Spring Rolls were as well. I've ordered from Panda Express many, many times. The last two times have been awful...cold and not as ordered. When I called to speak with the manager, they put me on hold and no one ever picked up. $33 totally wasted. Quality control is everything in the food business. Panda Express has clearly forgotten this...poor management! read more

I barely 1 star a place but this one was earned. Ordered at 7:18 PM for a 8:15 PM pickup. I arrived and was told I had to wait for the Chow Mein. 15 minutes later it was made and the 15 people waiting for it began to slowly receive their meals. I get home and open my meal. No chow mein. The place was extremely disorganized; I should have known better. I really wanted to like it but this experience was quite a letdown. read more

I want to begin by saying I am a Panda Express Connoisseur. I am also very lenient on customer service but this location is THE WORST Panda Express I have ever been to. Every single day from 5-9pm there is a line exiting the building and it will take you atleast 30 minutes to get a single plate. This is a simple fix for management to staff a few more members during this time period. They are clearly always understaffed. The bathrooms are dirty and outdated. The garbages are always overflowing. And half the time I come here, my chicken is soggy and undercooked. MANAGEMENT FIX IT! read more

If I could give this place zero stars I would. The manager there is a horror. Instead of dealing with issues she makes the employees relay messages back and forth. I have ordered take out a couple times now. I first ordered a week ago having never tried Panda Express. I got the family meal with chow mein, orange chicken, teriyaki chicken, and Shanghai beef. It was pretty decent and I was overall satisfied. I ordered takeout again today chow mein, orange chicken, cheese wontons, and a premium dish pepper steak. After picking up there were no sauces that I had requested at all. They didn't even give me sweet and sour for the wontons. The worst of it all was they did not give me the premium pepper steak that I paid extra for and instead gave me pepper chicken. I called several times and got no answer. Just went to a message of no one to answer phone and no voicemail. I am disappointed no sauce or utensils were given as requested. They literally robbed me by not giving me what I ordered and paid extra for. read more

Panda Express - Here is my order as I placed it - Fast Food Near Me - Fort Myers, Florida

I placed an order online for pickup 15 minutes after posted store opening (10:45 pickup, 10:30 open). The store did not open at posted time. No one in the store came to the door to explain why they didn't open on time - and there were customers obviously waiting at the door. An employee came out of a side door, to get something from their car, which required passing the people standing by the main door, and made no attempt to speak to anyone, or explain why the doors were still locked. Only when questioned, did she inform the people waiting that they wouldn't open until 11, and gave no explanation for the late opening. I instructed her to cancel my order (already past pickup time), and she acknowledged that she was aware of the order, and that one of the items was not available. I reiterated that I was leaving. One full hour after my order was supposed to be ready, I received a text message telling me that my order was ready for pickup. Obviously I'm not going to pay for the credit card charge, and I expect that Panda Express will contact my credit card company to void the charge immediately! read more

One star is a lot! What a discombobulated horrible "restaurant" this is. OMG. The line is long again, we finally made it to the counter to order to go. Unfortunately pretty much all the dishes were empty. The first girl serves us our rice and from there it goes haywire. The second girl is asking for all the dishes to be refilled (except green beans with chicken -who the hell wants that anyways huh), the one cook is smirking and is taken his sweet time. In the meantime my rice is sitting on counter getting cold. The girl inquires again. Finally we get a full pan of orange chicken. Nothing happens for us because we ordered Beijing Beef. we are standing there waiting. In the meantime some customers behind us were helped, one guest changed his order to the readily available green bean chicken lol because he was hungry. One girl got the bottom of the barrel of one dish (I mean attendant was scraping the pan). Then 25 minutes later the manager and another cook come out -where have you been all this time, a break during dinner time? I argued with manager (useless , typical millennial , no work ethic and feel they dont have to do anything -customer is always wrong according to them, specially the boomers and anybody older then them.) . They told us another 5 minutes for Beijing beef. The harm was already done and we finally decided, pls give us double orange chicken so we can get out of here after 30 minutes. On top of it this was the worst Orange chicken we have ever eaten. Very vinegary taste. Anyways we will never go back. Oh well we wont be back. Another company that wants to do business with customers -blows my mind , dont feel special you are not alone! I am also going to have a little chat with the health department, as my rice and at some point the orange chicken sat on the counter for 30 minutes and not under a heater lamp. read more

Food is consistently good at this location, as is at any other Panda locations that I've been to. I ordered one of my favorites, Black Pepper Chicken. Quite yummy. As few times as I go to the mall, I've not had the opportunity to eat Panda Express. Whenever I eat the food court quickies, it's been something else. Since I was in the same parking area as P.E. today, I figured I'd go in and try it. I got the Chow Mein, Kung Pao Chicken, and Sweetfire Chicken combo. Now, either I'm not used to chow mein down here, or the noodles are not what I expected. From what I saw and tasted, they are calling this dish something completely different. I've always seen Asian inspired restaurants say it's Lo Mein, due to the type of noodles, where as Chow Mein is just the steamed vegetables (and slightly other noodles, given the place). When asked about it, we were told it's chow mein because "it's vegetables with noodles". O....kay.... Yea, still called Lo Mein in 99 per cent of the places I go to. But I'm not going to argue. The Kung Pao Chicken was good; wasn't the best I've had, but it was tasty with little bits of whole chilis mixed in. I like when you get that... it makes the meal more fun. The Sweet Fire chicken was surely sweet, with a slight fire kick to it. Not as chili heat as the Kung Pao, but enough to let you know the honey sweet was there to help. Monetary note of two things when visiting this establishment: Whatever the shrimp meal of the day is, it costs an extra dollar and a half on top of the plate charge (one side and 2 entrees or one side and 3 entrees). Same thing goes with the Shanghai Angus steak. I went with someone who wanted to do the Steak and something with the side, but the woman behind the counter informed us it was an extra dollar fifty because "it's top Angus steak" and therefore, you're paying extra "for premium". Also noted: The "choose your plate" is a bit deceiving. We read it as: 1. Choose your side. 2. Choose your Entrees. 3. Add drink. The difference is: the third step, add drink, is a separate entity. You pay 6.29 for two entrees or 7.54 for three; then it's an additional charge of a couple dollars for a fountain drink. We questioned it, and were told the last step is optional. We still ordered the drinks, but be forewarned. :) We'd actually go back if in the area again. read more
