There was only one worker trying to handle the drive-thru and the inside orders at the same time, so I'm sure that played a part. The fries weren't hot either. For me though, I only go there for the strawberry shortcake, and that's still worth the trip. The restaurant was clean, the bathrooms were clean, and the service was decent.
