I was not sure how many stars to give, this is my first time here. I heard good things about the…read moresandwiches, but I placed my order with a promo code on the app and as soon as I walked in to get my order, they all guy had an attitude. The blonde girl was complaining about "why does the app let you add changes?!". The guy and girl behind the counter are arguing back and forth for whatever reason. I really feel uncomfortable sitting here waiting for my sub. Like they are unhappy doing their job or the order I placed for my grandma or something. Or don't want to do it. I probably realistically won't be back here no matter how good the sub I try for the first time might be. I feel bad, but the energy here is toxic and unsettling. Side note *the changes I made to the sub are not extreme, only took off items my Gmaw is allergic to. So I didn't understand the attitude at this location. Girl slammed my order down on the counter and walked away after calling my name. I said thank you and nothing came out of her mouth. Poor energy and I felt very unwelcome. I drove 30 minutes out of my way to try this place with my Gmaw and it just was not a good experience. I apologize in advance, but what I received was not proper customer service. If you replace the employees maybe you would have better revenue. The way I was treated was not okay, and I was very polite from entrance to exit. AlsoI ordered a hot sub and they gave me a cold one, I also asked for the spicy mustard on the side and they put it on the sandwich. I do not like how the transaction went, nor how I was treated. My order was not rocket science. Thank you for your time, and I'm going to feel bad if I like the sub, because I still won't be back based on the experience itself. Please do something about your staff. They are clearly miserable and only there for a paycheck.

Needless to say we had been running around all day getting things ready and had not eaten dinner yet. We quickly stopped in the drive thru to pick up meals. Once at the hospital we got settled in and they were about to get started with the drugs to get the birthing process started. So we decided we should eat our dinners before things progressed. Wife was super happy, but I was a bit sad. They had forgot to put my sandwich in the bag. I called Jimmy Johns to get my money refunded and explain why I couldn't just come back to get my sandwich. The manger was very nice and apologized for the mistake. He had one of his delivery guys go across town to deliver my sandwich to me in the hospital. He also included a couple of free sandwich coupons and wrote congratulations on them. It was a very nice thought even though. It is very rare to find this kind of customer service anymore.
