And you know, considering how long they took to make our food, you'd think they were actually making what we ordered. But nah, they were too busy badmouthing one of the other customers because they thought no one could hear them. Absolutely no regard for the people they're serving, and it shows with the dumb little nickname they put on our order instead of the actual name we gave them. We were a little ways down the road when we looked in our bag and noticed we only got small sandwiches. So we called them and let them know what was up. They looked up the order and instead of correcting their mistake, they brushed us off and just said "hey at least you got what you paid for instead of getting g*pped" and offered to make us what we ordered in the first place for full price. And we were like no dude, not with that attitude. Between the general incompetence and casual racism, we aren't going back this location. This place has gone waaaaay downhill.

Hubby wanted to eat lighter, so ordered the peppers, onions, and sausage appetizers simmered in red sauce. The portion was huge and definitely enough for his main entree. Another of our party ordered spaghetti and meatballs side, which he also enjoyed and was a huge portion. We loved the hot breadsticks. The only down side is that my daughter's entree was late. The server told us that the kitchen had pretty much just spaced it and didn't start making her food with the rest of our order. She did not receive her entrée until all of the rest of us were completely finished eating. Well, we were good natured about it and didn't create a fuss or complain or asked to talk to a manager,, but Salvatori's also didn't take the initiative to offer any additional words of explanation, apology, or even a coupon off our next visit. My daughter's entrée came out so hot, that the ceramic plate was actually steaming. Ordinarily that is not a bad thing if she would receive her order at the same time as everyone else.. She felt so awkward about having to wait until it cools off before she can eat, and knowing that all the rest of us were finished and waiting on her that she just pretty much asked for a box and packed it up to take it home. That was a bit of a bummer.

Was greeted at the drive thru and told I'd be helped in a minute. 15 minutes later, I still hadn't been helped and had to ask through the speaker if anyone was there. They told me to wait another minute. A few minutes later I was able to tell them I'm picking up a mobile order. I pulled around to the window and was told our food was going to be a minute because they didn't have bread this morning and were behind. We waited another minute and I asked through the open window for an ETA. A young lady wearing a green shirt with long brown hair informed us she had just gotten back from delivering an order and we were going to have to wait. I asked why there was no communication to their customers about the delay, and she interrupted me telling me again that she had "just gotten there." When I asked for a manager, she told me I'd have to come inside to talk to them and closed the drive thru window. At this point, it was after 12 PM. I went inside to speak with the manager, who just made excuses, offered no apologies, and claimed my food would be ready soon. I also let them know I had a sister with health issues waiting in the car (she's diabetic) who needed to eat ASAP. I ended up waiting another 10 minutes while some staff was working slowly and the other 2 were just standing around talking about how this is "just another day for us." While waiting, the same delivery lady said to me, "If it makes you feel any better, I just made a delivery about 1.5 hour late because of all of this." I told her it did not make me feel any better, and the customer service here is awful. When I was finally handed my food, there was confusion between 2 bags, and the manager was very intentional about giving me the bag of sandwiches that I took. I had to ask for the drinks and was handed cups to self-serve. Then I had to ask for ice because ice machine was empty. I got the sodas, got in the car, and not only were the sodas completely flat and horrible, we opened our sandwiches to find neither had any meat. (See photo) This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced. The manager doesn't care, the staff doesn't care, and am I supposed to think it was a coincidence that my food was completely messed up after all this! The delivery person also said, "I hope your sandwiches are better than the attitudes here!" And "Lady, you came at me!" When I addressed it.

We chose jalapeño poppers and were really impressed. The cheese was piping hot (be careful!) & the breading was really nice. We quickly gobbled up the poppers! I ordered the shrimp basket with curly fries & apple sauce. I got a side of BBQ sauce with my fries that was really tasty. The cocktail sauce was very flavorful, if a bit salty. The shrimp breading was a little plain, but not salty (rare & good!), so I was happy with it. My berry cocktail was sweet with a modicum of tequila flavor. I drank it quickly! My fiancé had boneless wings, half with peach BBQ sauce & the other half with a lime rub. Both were good! The peach BBQ sauce had a little kick to it, as well. Overall, it was a good lunch that filled us up! Can't wait to come back.

We arrived at noon. The place was not busy surprisingly. Our server Melissa brought our waters, and I ordered a jalapeño lime margarita. It arrived quickly and tasted great. We put in our food order shortly after-Fried mushroom appetizer, 10 boneless wing special, and fish and chips with fries and Mac and cheese. Our mushrooms arrived first from a nice gentleman. They were hot and delicious. We didn't have to wait long until he was back with the food. Timely enough that we had finished the appetizer, but not so long we were left waiting forever. The food was hot and fresh. For a wing joint, a pretty decent piece of fried fish. Fries and Mac and cheese were acceptable. Nothing to write home about. My daughter loved her mild boneless wings and took home the leftovers. Melissa kept our waters filled and was attentive without being over bearing nor absent. I visited the women's restroom. It was a bit out dated but clean. Overall, I was satisfied with the food and service. It seems like they are trying after all the bad reviews. This would be a good place to come for drinks and appetizers! Or wings. If you like that sort of thing.
