I was in the other day for lunch and I had an amazing lunch. The staff was curteous and promt with greeting me when I walked in. Thank you for the wonderful lunch read more

I received the order confirmation email at 11:31 AM, and I arrived at the drive thru a few minutes before 11:45 to pick up my order. Was greeted at the drive thru and told I'd be helped in a minute. 15 minutes later, I still hadn't been helped and had to ask through the speaker if anyone was there. They told me to wait another minute. A few minutes later I was able to tell them I'm picking up a mobile order. I pulled around to the window and was told our food was going to be a minute because they didn't have bread this morning and were behind. We waited another minute and I asked through the open window for an ETA. A young lady wearing a green shirt with long brown hair informed us she had just gotten back from delivering an order and we were going to have to wait. I asked why there was no communication to their customers about the delay, and she interrupted me telling me again that she had "just gotten there." When I asked for a manager, she told me I'd have to come inside to talk to them and closed the drive thru window. At this point, it was after 12 PM. I went inside to speak with the manager, who just made excuses, offered no apologies, and claimed my food would be ready soon. I also let them know I had a sister with health issues waiting in the car (she's diabetic) who needed to eat ASAP. I ended up waiting another 10 minutes while some staff was working slowly and the other 2 were just standing around talking about how this is "just another day for us." While waiting, the same delivery lady said to me, "If it makes you feel any better, I just made a delivery about 1.5 hour late because of all of this." I told her it did not make me feel any better, and the customer service here is awful. When I was finally handed my food, there was confusion between 2 bags, and the manager was very intentional about giving me the bag of sandwiches that I took. I had to ask for the drinks and was handed cups to self-serve. Then I had to ask for ice because ice machine was empty. I got the sodas, got in the car, and not only were the sodas completely flat and horrible, we opened our sandwiches to find neither had any meat. (See photo) This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced. The manager doesn't care, the staff doesn't care, and am I supposed to think it was a coincidence that my food was completely messed up after all this! The delivery person also said, "I hope your sandwiches are better than the attitudes here!" And "Lady, you came at me!" When I addressed it. read more

Jimmy John's - Sandwiches Near Me - Fort Wayne, Indiana

My recent experiences with this location have been nothing but awful. Incredibly slow, no customer service, Stimpy skimpy skimpy on the sandwiches and today when I pulled up in the drive-through to place my order, the back door was propped open, and the smell of pot was rolling out in the back room. I left, I know there are tons of people who don't care about stuff like that, but I certainly don't need pot following out of the back door from a restaurant. I'm trying to order from. Incredibly unprofessional, lazy, I'll never go back to this location. I was a restaurant manager for years, and I worked in the restaurant industry for years, if this was my restaurant, everyone of those employees would be fired. The simple safety factor of leaving the back door propped open... pure stupidity. And no, this was not open for delivery. There was nothing there. The restaurant I worked at was broken into via an open back door and the managers were murdered because of a robbery. read more

Sandwich was made with no meat and I didn't find out util I was at work. Paid with cash and was told to bring my receipt in next time I come so I could get made a free sandwich. Used to love Jimmy Johns but they've gone down hill and lost my business. read more

The service wasn't bad but sometimes it's a wait due to low staff. I would buy again. They run out of bread sometimes. My sandwich wasn't bad on most days. I would call them to see if they have any bread before visiting is a tip from this customer. read more

Worst Jimmy John's location in Fort Wayne. Please don't eat here. Rude staff, terrible preparation of sandwiches. I paid almost 6 dollars for a veggie sub with 3 quarter sized slices of tomato and 3 quarter size slices of cucumber. Still hungry and sad. read more

Jimmy John's - a sandwich with cucumbers and tomatoes - Sandwiches Near Me - Fort Wayne, Indiana

Let's just start here. Freaky fast my A**. Ordered $30 worth of food (overpriced) delivery took over half hour. Guess what the fire department was here before JJ., ‍‍‍ read more

The Online ordering system is fantastic, extra helpful and nice staff, really great food!

Absolutely ridiculous service. Group order is a waste if you are tax exempt. Delivery charged our team $38.50 to drop the sandwiches off 500 ft across the street. The website did not mention a fee and neither did the employee who I spoke with for 20 minutes to try and get our tax exempt off. No communication at this place, everyone must be their own boss because no one can seem to locate the manager. Never ordering from this location again. And definitely going to be a while before we think about Jimmy Johns as our food order for team. read more

I give this a 2 star because the food is good but the service is slow. Has to be the slowest Jimmy John's in all of Fort Wayne. Spent 20 minutes in the drive through on my lunch break and didn't even make it to the speaker box to order my food before I had to pull out of the drive-thru line and head back to work. I won't be back to this Jimmy John's ever again. This also wasn't the first time my lunch was spent waiting in their drive-thru. It should be a policy if a customer is going to have a large order, that they must put it in online ahead of time that way it doesn't take forever for other customers to go through the drive-thru. So much for "Freaky Fast!" read more

Terrible! Staff ignored us for 10 mins doing another order than acted annoyed when taking our order. Then proceeded to wait 15 mins more for 2 sandwiches. Wanted to ask for my money back. Food wasn't the best to add to all this. Avoid this place. read more

This place definitely needs help no doubt about it. Let's get to the point from the second you walk in the door the all the employees we're hanging out at a table like they were hanging out at a club one of the employees said yo man you want (Great Customer Service) I replied I'm here to pick my online Order up he grabbed the sandwiches and tossed them in a bag and tossed the bag on counter and said there you dude lol I got home and me and my wife sat down to eat (( The Food )) let's just say it was the worst food we have ever had from Jimmy John's everything that we asked for on the sandwiches was either not there or barely there for instance I asked for extra lettuce, mayo and Jimmy peppers that actually didn't happen at all My wife wanted to try their new Bbq Ranch Chicken crunch sandwich no words for that sandwich unless you like canned chicken it was so thin hardly nothing on it ..... just bread cheese canned chicken lol no crunch very little bbq ranch and no lettuce basically this nights quick dinner was a waste of money and time!!! read more

drove up to their drive through to order two sandwich to which I was informed they were not gonna do any for the next hour and half. what kind of business are they running? crappy service read more

The people of America entrust Jimmy Johns with two things 1. Place meat and fixings betwixt fresh baked bread. 2. Do so quickly. This location is between my work and home so I frequent it often. I will say that I'm a regular, but I proceed with caution. On some occasions in the evening some of the employees struggle with speed and accuracy. Almost to the point that I saw one sandwich maverick doze off mid cheese placement. Another employee who frequents the drive thru window has decided to douse herself in a flowery perfume or lotion to the point that the bag, sandwich, and customer service left me florid and fussy. Sandwiches speak for themselves, and seem to be the star of the show. read more

This is alway the worst Jimmy John's. Today my veggie sub was the most pathetic yet. Skimpy, like 3 strands of shredded lettuce. And, the bread was rock hard, and that's not a jest. Hard as a rock. When will I learn. Spend my money at a more quality establishment. read more

Rude, rude, rude. Will never, ever frequent any Jimmy John's again. Had placed a large order to be picked up at 3:30 in the afternoon. Guy behind the counter was rude, unprofessional and mean. I asked for his name and he screamed at me to get out. read more

The service was slow and the workers were rude. They basically mocked me when I had said my order was wrong. I ordered a sandwich with extra avocado and did not see any whatsoever, even showing it to the person "helping" me. Kid you not, she looked at me and said that it was there even though I was practically pulling the sandwich apart. Ridiculous. read more

I will not order Jimmy John's again. I ordered boxed sandwiches (for Covid-19), to be delivered at 4:30 today. Since it was over 40 sandwiches, I ordered 2 days in advance. I liked how the website allowed me to group common sandwich/chip orders together. I thought it would make it easier to pass out to the teachers. How wrong was I! At 4:50, I called to ask where our food was. I was told "they are on the way". The store is about 5-7 minutes away from our school. At 5:15, I called again to ask where our food was and was told "they are on the way". I stated that they told me that 25 minutes earlier and they put me through to a supervisor. All I got from the supervisor was "I'm sorry" and "We will try better". After stating that we would not be ordering from there again, I got "What can we do to make this better". By this time, they had showed up to the school, so I told them I had to go feed my teachers and hung up. When we took the boxes out of the bags, there was nothing written on the boxes except a number. We had to open every box to figure out which chips were in which box so that we knew who to give the box to. That totally went against the whole reason we chose Jimmy Johns--boxed dinner so that people didn't have to touch everything. Never again... read more

I'm not sure I've ever gone inside this Jimmy John's but their delivery is great and I love The Vito unwich. I thought I was gonna feel cheated without the bread but they do a good job making lettuce wraps for any sandwich. Mmm mmm good! read more

The location next to campus is great, and makes it easy to stop for a quick and easy sandwich. The delivery times have always been good and the one time they've messed my order up, the manager was able to take care of it with no issues. Highly recommend for hangovers. read more

Slowest jimmy johns ever! I've never waited so long for a sandwich before. If you're looking for freaky fast do not come to this jimmy johns. read more

Dont waste your money between high price for like a 5" sub, just go to subway honestly. Or just stay home and eat food off the floor, they sacrifice quality food or what i thought was quality back when they first opened. They gave me my food in a used nasty shipping box and while the chips were good nothing else was, not even the mayo. If i had to score it back then 9/10. But now its more like a -1/10. read more

I'm not sure that I've ever gotten my sandwich as ordered from this location. I simply only ever ask for no tomatoes (today they left off the tomato...aaaaand the mayo?..gah). I ate the dry sandwich cussing their name. It's comical at this point. The over polite snark sounding order takers give you a false sense of security..like, hey this guy sounds like he's rockin' this job at JJ and never screws things up.....but....my sandwich is always wrong. LOL. Not sure why i keep going back other than it's close proximity and my desire for a quality JJ sub..AS ORDERED. CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE. LOL read more

I am a regular costumer here. I could not have gotten through my busiest weeks in college without them because they are so convenient for me. However, if you have your food delivered expect to wait 25 minutes to a half an hour. And most of the workers are less than friendly. Honestly, just order a pizza instead. read more

I just learned the reason Jimmy Johns says that they have extremely fast delivery is because they only deliver within a mile of their location, which is very dumb. The location is 1.54 miles from my work and it is outside of their delivery range is what I was told. I am already hungry and it's cold out and I can't get food delivered less than 2 miles away. I think that is horrible. So Eff you Jimmy Johns on Crescent 1.54 miles away from E. State read more

Love how conveniently close this JJs is. Good sandwiches and fast delivery. Great for hangovers (obviously)

This location is great. Perfect for college kids to swing on in & other patrons to stop in. The service was quick even though it was due to the busy lunch hour. Unfortunately to enter the parking lot you must drive through the neighboring parking lots. read more
