Pretty good meal with an attentive server! When we arrived, we were seated pretty quickly and our server let us know if we registered with the app, we'd get a free appetizer. We chose jalapeño poppers and were really impressed. The cheese was piping hot (be careful!) & the breading was really nice. We quickly gobbled up the poppers! I ordered the shrimp basket with curly fries & apple sauce. I got a side of BBQ sauce with my fries that was really tasty. The cocktail sauce was very flavorful, if a bit salty. The shrimp breading was a little plain, but not salty (rare & good!), so I was happy with it. My berry cocktail was sweet with a modicum of tequila flavor. I drank it quickly! My fiancé had boneless wings, half with peach BBQ sauce & the other half with a lime rub. Both were good! The peach BBQ sauce had a little kick to it, as well. Overall, it was a good lunch that filled us up! Can't wait to come back. read more

We came here today for my daughters 19th birthday lunch. I don't eat wings. I don't really like wing places. But it's her birthday, and today I can say I'd come back here! We arrived at noon. The place was not busy surprisingly. Our server Melissa brought our waters, and I ordered a jalapeño lime margarita. It arrived quickly and tasted great. We put in our food order shortly after-Fried mushroom appetizer, 10 boneless wing special, and fish and chips with fries and Mac and cheese. Our mushrooms arrived first from a nice gentleman. They were hot and delicious. We didn't have to wait long until he was back with the food. Timely enough that we had finished the appetizer, but not so long we were left waiting forever. The food was hot and fresh. For a wing joint, a pretty decent piece of fried fish. Fries and Mac and cheese were acceptable. Nothing to write home about. My daughter loved her mild boneless wings and took home the leftovers. Melissa kept our waters filled and was attentive without being over bearing nor absent. I visited the women's restroom. It was a bit out dated but clean. Overall, I was satisfied with the food and service. It seems like they are trying after all the bad reviews. This would be a good place to come for drinks and appetizers! Or wings. If you like that sort of thing. read more

We tried out Wings etc, today for lunch for the first time. The restaurant was very clean on the inside and we were welcomed in with smiles. The service was excellent, our waiter was on top of it keeping our drinks filled up and making sure we had everything we needed. All of our traditional wings came out popping hot and crispy. The wings had plenty of sauce on them to add all the extra flavor with the wings. We definitely will be coming back to try more of the different flavors of wings they offer! read more

I ordered the pulled pork nachos. They should rename them tortilla chips and lettuce. They put a tiny amount of queso UNDER the mountains of plain tortilla chips, lettuce, and BBQ sauce. Then to add insult to injury, they skimp on a little bit of pulled pork. For $14.99, I was beyond disappointed. I had to ask for a cup of queso because there was hardly any on them and they charged me $2.99 for it. Ridiculous! Overpriced garbage. I couldnt even finish it because the BBQ sauce was too sweet and almost made me gag. read more

Really disappointed! Started off asking about gluten free beer options or ciders options only to be told there are none. (They post Angry Orchard and seltzers on the menu.) Ordered the Saturday Moscow mule special only to receive it in a regular pub cup...told no copper cup. Picture on menu highlights mule special in copper cup. Love mules but I felt the drink had an extra ginger taste. Not sure if that was due to cup or way it was made. Ordered a bunless mushroom bacon Swiss burger...lacked mushrooms and bacon was rubbery/soft. It looked like one mushroom was minced on top...honestly though it meat crumbs from the burger. Husband ordered a wrap and coleslaw . Wrap was excellent but slaw was rank. It tasted off and sour. Told waiter and they apologized but did not offer a replacement or other option. We have eaten similar meals at the other location without issues. read more

Seated promptly. Ordered an Arnold Palmer. And that was it. 25 minutes later no one to be found to take our order. They all left? Out for a smoke break? Who knows? Left our money and walked out. Non-existent service is worse than poor service. When they close their doors, we'll know why. Close this place down. Now. read more

I have been there 6 times Out of 6 times I only had 1 good experience. Last time wings were over cooked and could not taste the seasoning I ordered, my Fiance ordered extra chicken for her salad and so over cooked. I like to support local companies and their regional office here in Ft Wayne. We are done with them. Service was good. Hope they get this location straightened up. read more

The worst service I've ever had, the food was wrong and it took them 2 hours to get us our food and still wasn't the correct order but we were so hungry by then we sucked it up and ate the Luke warm marginal wings to hold us over until we could get some actual edible food. B dubs is less than a half mile away and will be going there from now on. We got one water and not a single refill the entire 3 hour visit. 0/10 would recommend read more

This place is a joke. the female bartender called me the customer ride After she hung up on me. the manger was clueless! the second round of wings were no better than the first. Joke big joke. I asked who the owner was and the bartender said "Ed" I asked Ed who? She said I don't know. Well there is your first issue. why do I have to select a star rating? this place doesn't deserve one star. Guess I will have to pick one star to get my voice heard. read more

First off the service was good and the quesadilla I ordered was satisfactory, however I ordered a cocktail (old fashion) and it came with absolutely no ice, the glass was not even half filled, mostly with orange peel and cherries which amounted to 4 small sips and cost $7.95. read more

All you need to know is Wings Etc is a absolutely mediocre low quality chain tilting towards down right terrible bar food. It's dated, trashy, dirty... Etc. The two times I stumbled into this establishment I was filled with instant regret as soon as the prepackaged wing sauce hit my lips. It's only redeemable quality is they have enough alcohol to get you blind drunk so you can immediately forget the awful experience you just had. read more

Came in for lunch today and ordered 10 wings on the $.79 special. When I was charged $9.99 for the chicken, I asked the server about the discrepancy. She said there was an up charge for the sauce!?!? This was never mentioned when we ordered the special. Obviously...frustrating/ read more

We arrived about 7:20 and they weren't very busy. Had to wait several minutes for a clean table before finally being allowed to sit. Waitress was Kylee, who admitted she was still new. Though a bit nervous sounding, she handled everything terrific, and even was gracious to turn on the game we wanted to watch. Though we had to wait and wonder at the beginning, and the prices seemed a bit high, the overall atmosphere was great. Respect to both the waitresses there to help us feel at home. read more

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND GREAT CUSTOMERS!!! If you're looking for a nice relaxing spot to enjoy any game and have a delicious meal with an inviting environment go to Wings Etc on Mayville Rd. Definitely recommend for your Sunday afternoon football games! read more

I have been coming to this location since it first opened. It's sad, but over the years it has slid down the proverbial hill from a decent establishment to the pits. Tonight was no exception, the kid that seated me said your waiter will be right out. I sat for 11 minutes and watched 14 servers walk past and smile but no one stopped or asked if I had been helped. This included what appeared to be two managers. Finally the kid that seated me came back and chuckled I guess your mine tonight. I ordered a salad and a appetizer. My salad came out first, the excuse the cook overlooked your appetizer. So 10 minutes later I get my appetizer. Sad, this place was not busy tonight, yet back when Ed owned it, on Friday nights after HS football it was standing room only. Oh well, there are more wing restaurants in the Fort. read more

Also they had a basket of loaded fries tht were so terrible they used nacho cheese n not shredded cheese it was the worse! Never again! read more

As someone who doesn't really make solid decisions based off reviews but uses them merely as an indication of what I might expect, I wasn't really surprised when I tried to call and put in a carry out order at this wings etc. I called and was promptly answered and asked if I could hold, which normally is about 5 mins or less, 10 or so if it's packed crazy busy. No I was on hold for 15 minutes before I finally gave up. It was around 3pm so not even peak hours and they clearly weren't busy as there was no chatter in the background. Bdubs is right across the way. I think I'll take my business there from now on. Pity. read more

Basing this review off of other wing locations that you would normally eat at. Bdubs, buffalo wings and ribs etc. The boneless wings I have had on several occasions. They are always over cooked, and heavy on the breading. The sauces are okay. Has a decent draft beer selection, including specials on occasion. Highlight here is the lunch specials. Wraps are of good value here. One day a week is fried shrimp day, that's a good day to go. But otherwise it's meh ov read more

Let me explain my "amazing time"...we arrive at 3:30 with a party of six people, with one other party in the restaurant. We sat down and was told our waiter will be with us shortly. 15min go by and our waiter came out to get drink orders and we all go waters. We got our waters 15min later and ordered our meals at this time. After that our waiter came back and told us he would get us all refills on our waters, that we never got in our whole two hour experience. Once our food came the order what completely wrong and the waiter took it back. Another 30min go by and the order was the the same but with bbq sauce on top. At this time everyone in our party was finished eating and we had yet to start our food so we asked for a box so we could move on with our night. It took 30 more min to get our box and checks. Our waiter was complaining about being short staffed, when there were multiple employees standing in a corner, and cussed for the entirety of our experience. I would not say I am mad but I am dissatisfied. read more

We were one of the only tables in the restaurant on a Sunday morning. We got seated quickly, but the service wasn't amazing-- drinks were constantly low with no waitress in sight. Food was very good, though, and decently priced. read more

A negative Wow, is all I can say. Because it's Tuesday, they have four dollar house margaritas advertised, but they're out of well tequila. Hey, there's a liquor store two doors down . OK, how about these other drinks that are advertised as specials on the menu, "no, sorry whenever I try to ring those into the register the price changes, so I don't know what's going on with those, we haven't had those for a while." OK, so that's two things on your menu that you don't have. He then proceeded to tell us that since this location was so the corporate things are going downhill. Then I hear the couple at the next table walk in and order two beers and he says , "I don't know, we haven't had a beer delivery for over two weeks. OK, wait a minute, you're a wing bar. He looks at a lady sitting at the bar, that must've had some insight to the beer delivery, maybe part of management, I don't know, and she nods her head and so he goes "Oh yeah, I guess we have that. The pretzel bites were over cooked, but on the positive the wings were excellent. Geez, get the alcohol straightened out. read more

Really enjoy the pretzel dippers and cheese bites for appetizers. I highly recommend the bacon swiss grilled chicken sandwich. I have also enjoyed the fish sandwich. I have had the wings here once and I didn't really care for them. I had the boneless wings (big!) in three different sauces. I don't like really spicy foods, so I went for sauces that I thought would be either very mild or not spicy. The teriyaki was thick and had some spice to it. The garlic parm had quite a kick to it. The honey mustard was also somewhat spicy. I probably won't order wings there again. We always have great service. They ask us where we want to sit when we walk in. We will keep going back. read more

We've been here several times now. I love finding a place that is baby-friendly. Great place for a baby who loves to people watch:) Staff has always been very accomodating and friendly. I've liked pretty much all the wings I've had here. Plenty of flavors to chose from, hot to mild, depending on your mood. The lunch specials are a good price. The broccolli bites and cheddar bites are both great. I'm sure their other appetizers are good too. This is def my go-to Wings place. read more

Horrible service, miserly portions, average taste. My family decided to give this place a try last night, and were extremely underwhelmed. 20 minutes after being seated we still hadn't received our drink order. A new waitress came by to get our food order, 2 items of which were not given to the kitchen staff. 45 minutes and we hadn't received our appetizer. We were prepared to leave when a third waitress brought it out. Tasted ok, decided to wait on the meals. 1 hour after being seated, half of our meals arrived. All of us had eaten before the final meals came to the table. Some of the wings were quite literally the size poker chip. Unbelievable. A look at the tab convinced me that I will never take my family here again. Avoid and go to another pub that has their act together. read more

We waited an hour for our food! With no competition from Buffalo Wild Wings during their remodel you'd think this place would have it together. It's a shame because their food is actually good here. Unfortunately, we keep giving it another chance because we've never eaten here without some sort of glitch. They're missing a great opportunity to win some new customers, but not with a kitchen this slow. Get it together!!! read more

My office ordered from this location and used Waiter on the Way. The orders were not done correctly (missing cheese, etc.) and the chicken and hamburgers were undercooked. These wings are awful. I have eaten wings pretty much everywhere in Fort Wayne that serve wings, and these were not good at all. I am not sure what any of the other reviewers are talking about????
