Service was slow despite being less than half full on a Saturday night. Food was good but they forgot to put in some of our order so some of our party had to wait to eat while the others had their food. Waiting for our order and staff started scraping chairs across the floor setting up for a large table. As a person that wears hearing aids, that sound was equivalent to scraping a sharp device on a blackboard only multiplied by 10. Then food was so overcooked it could hardly be chewed. I usually don't do chain restaurant reviews, but I've seen this B-Dubs getting torched lately, so I decided to weigh in... We occasionally eat here if we're in the mood for wings and beers. We've always had good experiences without any issues. The restaurant is clean (even the restrooms), the service is always solid (if you sit in the bar area and get Ian as your server, that guy is awesome), and the food is good - Can't ask for much more than that. The only drawback (and it's pretty much industry wide because of Joe Biden tanking the US economy... Oh but wait, he's created a record number of jobs) is prices are getting completely out of control... Order of cheese sticks, 16 wings, two orders of carrots and celery with ranch, and four pints of beer = $80 w/ tip... Rude!! No good service !! Asked for a manager no one would leave me speak to a manger they said he was too busy to come to the phone !! I have never heard of a manager not being able to come to the phone unless for some reason they were trying to run the place with out the manager!! The carryout experience at the Maysville location has been consistently terrible for the past year. There is never anyone working the front desk, orders are constantly incorrect, and the waiting area mixes directly into the pickup area, so you have to ask each person if they're waiting in line. It's become so bad that I will be traveling further to different locations from now on. I just can't stand the frustration of dealing with this store any longer. read more

I did a pickup order and it was a great experience. The food was ready on time and Sydney was very sweet. She reviewed the order with me without me asking, and I realized I'd forgotten to order potato wedges. She was able to procure some fresh wedges for me and was super sweet about it. We placed a large order for carryout, and when we got home and unpacked everything they had left out almost half of our food. When I called the restaurant to let them know what had happened, the manager Zach was not at all apologetic and only offered me a $20 credit for the next time I ordered from there, but the missing food was closer to $50. When I said I wanted it credited back to my credit card he was very rude about it and said it would take 7 to 14 days to process. I asked for an email confirmation of the amount of the credit which I never received. The food that we did get was only okay, for the amount of money that we spent it should have been a whole lot better. This location should just either close or start over with a whole new staff apparently. I will never order from them again. read more

We visited this location tonight to celebrate our son's birthday. We were disappointed. 1. It took us 40 minutes to get our food. 2. The three of us did not order anything complicated. I ordered ultimate nachos, which I have ordered before. My nachos had no toppings. No tomato, very little cheese or chicken, which I paid extra for. The cook at this location is not doing a good job. 3. Our server kept apologizing and when I asked her what happened, she said that she only works one day a week and she's noticed the kitchen is getting worse. She even offered to take my skimpy nachos back in the kitchen and put the toppings on herself. God Bless her. She was very kind. But that's not her job. She's a server. The cook should have made them correctly in the first place. 4. The atmosphere at this restaurant features the loudest, most obnoxious music in the history of music. It's played so loudly thatcwe could not carry on a conversation at our table. Just awful! We spent $68 for an order of skimpy nachos, a cheeseburger and onion rings, and a 30 piece wing platter in an extremely loud, awful atmosphere. We won't return to this location. Best of the four I've been to over the years, handles large groups and random orders super well. Latest was twenty kids wanting the solid buy one get deal Thursday deal, staff was excellent giving us a short wait for a big lot, ordered, food arrived quite quickly and tasted great. Our waitress, wish I remembered names, had her ace game on and didn't show annoyance at our random drink needs. My buddy and I went for thirty wings, three flavors, mango habanero, Caribbean jerk, and garlic. It was a great selection for us and we enjoyed all of it. This place is an awkward location stuck along the backside of the strip mall, but well worth the extra minute to drive back to. read more

Giving this place 1 star is generous. It's close to my house and friends often suggest going there because it's convenient,wings are good and lots of TVs for sports. But every time it's over priced and slow. Not just slow, but painfully frustrating with every order, refill, request and payout. We waited 15 min to get a server, 20 min to get a beer, 30+ to get a refill, 30 to get food and a whopping 40 min to get our bill. 7:00-11:00 we 3 drinks and wings each. You've got to be kidding me! We've always loved your boneless wings. We ordered 10 on Thursday and received 10 free. We ordered a basket of fries all for carry out. We live within 10 minutes away. When we got home and started eating the boneless wings we dry and hard. Fries were less than crispy. Our food tasted as if it was cooked last week, and served this week. I'm not sure will go back. I would say this place has no idea what their job is. I understand an off night. However, when the whole place is in chaos, and management cannot even get it under control by putting online orders as priority to those who are waiting for tables. Tables are clearly open and have been for more than 45 minutes. This is frustrating to those who want to actually dine at the restaurant. At least seat them explain the situation and get them some drinks. But obviously they do not want to serve them and have no clue as to what keeps a business going. For management to make excuses as its a game night and it snowed it outlandish to me! So because a customer comes in to actually dine with them they can't because management doesn't know how to staff properly when they know it is a game night like every Saturday is! After 45 minutes no food but a promise it was coming, 10 minutes later I said if we didn't have food by 2 we were walking- we did. As we left, waitress asked if they could box it for us! This is the WORST service I have ever had. This place has gone from ok to bad to HORRIBLE. We had a large party 3 weeks ago but made a reservation ahead of time. They "lost our reservation" and took 45 min to seat us. It then took 1.5 HOURS to get the food (I would understand this service if they were busy, there were only 3 other full tables in the place.) Ohhhh kaaayyyy. I have HAD IT with BDubs!!!!! We always go for the BOGO boneless wings on Thursdays. EVERY SINGLE TIME they get our order wrong!!!! How hard is it to understand that we want BOGO 10 wings with extra sauce on the side, ranch, and carrots and celery with each order of wings?!?!?!I have tried MULTIPLE ways to explain to the servers what we want (do they not take BOGO orders all night every Thursday?!?!) and regardless of my efforts they STILL GET IT WRONG!!! Too many wings (which of course they charge you for), not enough wings (which of course they don't give you a credit for), blue cheese instead of ranch, one order of celery and carrots instead of 2, no celery and carrots, no extra sauce on the side. How many different ways can you screw up an order people?!?!?! One of the worst, dirtiest, unorganized and poorly managed restaurants I've ever worked for in all my 7 years of experience as a server. I take a lot of pride in my customer service. There's not a day where I don't get complimented by my tables on the good service I give. Specially at this restaurant, several tables took the time to tell me every time they come to this location they get a terrible experience in service and how much they appreciate the good service I gave them. I'm very disappointed and feel so disrespected by this Restaurant. Ever since I started working at this location I have been there every single day that im scheduled to work. I would even pick up shifts for other employees when they are unable to work. I was the only Hispanic in the entire restaurant working for them which was odd to me because every single restaurant has Hispanic people at least working in the kitchen. That being said I always felt like I was being treated differently and being discriminated. I will always every single week ask to be given more days to work because I need led to work as much as I could and even have me write my availability on a note book or a sticky note for them to "not forget about it" just to come in my next week and only be put on the schedule 2-3 days when I ask to work 6 days of the week and get as many doubles as possible because I'm a single mother and need to make money to provide for my family. Meanwhile all the other servers are getting doubles and great schedules. There's a couple other colored employees who also got fired recently for calling off ONE day for not finding a babysitter. When ever since I started working there A LOT of employees called off last minute MULTIPLE times and would call to be late MULTIPLE times and still have their jobs. I have never called off or missed work. Until last Monday when 2 hours before my shift I called management and let Alysha know that one of my tires had just popped off and i was gonna try to find a ride there. I tried but unfortunately I couldn't so I called back and talked to Alysha again and explain I wasn't able ro find a ride but as soon as I got my tire fixed I would show up to my next scheduled shift. And I remember her saying "well, i hope everything works out for you". Now I know what that meant. I showed up to work today and after clocking in one of the other managers came to me and said I wasn't supposed to be there and showed me that my name was scratched off the complete schedule and next to it was Alyshas signature. I asked what that meant and she told me she I didn't know and that I would have to talk to Alysha to ask her but that she had left work for a family emergency. So I knew she was trying to fire me for something that was completely out of my control even tho I called to let her know what was going on. They made me clock out and as soon as I left I called corporate to inform them about the incident and complain. This morning I received a call from one of the managers to tell me they received a call from corporate and they decided to terminate me. I think this is completely unfair because I loved my job and I work very hard. I called corporate again today after getting terminated. This is UNFAIR. And wouldn't recommend NOBODY to work for this location that doesn't appreciate and recognize their employees hard work. Hopefully corporate will take a closer look at this location because there's more going on that what happened to me. Managers are so unprofessional and smoke marihuana right outside the kitchens back door while they're still on shift. And I hope the owner also keep a closer eye on his store because surely there's much more going on there than he probably knows. read more

Manager was very rude to my spouse not willing to compensate for the 15 minute drive there to get them. The fried pickles were not done very soggy and the fries were stale. Not a great dining experience. Went on a Friday evening at 7pm. Was seated right away in the bar....that's cool. Waitress was nice and friendly. Disappointed they got rid of the shrimp from the menu but ultimately not the reason I am writing this review. I ordered a medium order of boneless wings (half buffalo mild and half Nashville). In addition to this I also ordered a side of coleslaw. 40 minutes later....food finally comes. My wings......cold. Not "they were hot but have cooled down a bit" no no......cold. The Nashville was gross, partially because they were cold but that was my own risk trying a new flavor. Oh and do we remember the coleslaw I said I ordered? Yes the $4.09 coleslaw.....well that was basically a tiny 1 measuring cup worth of shredded veggies with a small dab of some type of vinegar dressing that I had to mix together to form some type of moist shredded salad in a cup. My wife tried both and was shocked at how cold the gross chicken was and how terrible the coleslaw imposter was. Now I never fuss, mostly because I don't want a nice warm batch of spit in return. I just told myself I will heat them up when I get home and leave that place without them knowing they got one over on me.......my wife however felt differently. When the waitress returned with the check my wife decided to tell her how cold it was and show I barely touched my meal. She apologized as one would expect and said she was going to talk to the manager. She returned with a scratch piece of paper and said that the manager was not going to credit anything tonight but would take my name for a future visit credit. Look I don't care about the money, I don't care about a credit (which I am sure was filed in the cabinet labeled "trash"). Why would I elect to return to a place that handled things so poorly? IF the manager was concerned by a customer that felt they were slighted by their experience.....why not spend 60 seconds of your time to come out and say that. Another bad review. Went into the restaurant with my SO. I was carded and she was not, even we are only a few years apart. A group of 20-somethings came in and THEY were not carded by the bartender. This made me ask to speak with a manager. The manager was actually even WORSE than the bartender as he stated that my SO wasn't carded because QUOTE "She looks older than you do. Maybe it's because you are wearing a hat." We left at that point and never went back. Triple bonus when I called back and spoke with someone claiming to be an owner. We walk in the bar. Maybe 4 tables. Ok cool probably get fast service. Nope. Food took 25 minutes. Which was boneless wings and hand breaded chicken and some fries. The waitresses in the bar stood around gossiping and eating and hanging on their phones. Very off putting. We got charged for cheese curds that the waitress said was a side. Worst experience at a restaurant I have had in a long, long time. Waiting over 1.5 hours after ordering for food and ended up never receiving any. I had to seek out the manager and inquire what was going on after our server told us multiple times "Kitchen is really backed up. It should be any minute". When I found manager, he simply said there were a lot of online orders and that made it slow. He then proceeded to follow me to our table and asked what we all ordered instead of simply looking up the ticket by our table number or finding our waitress. This was at 1hr 15minutes. He then said he would accelerate our order and have it right out. At 1hr, 30 minutes after ordering and no site of manager or server, we had enough and left.
