Once you insert a straw in the ice cream mound sealing the root beer, the soda floods over the glass lava-style as if it were shaken up. It is hilarious watching people frantically trying to lap up their explosive treats like hound dogs at a pace faster than that of the overflow! The genius who crafted these floats was clearly inspired by a volcano-building science contest from their youth. Later on, it happened again and I had to fix it myself because no one else was available because they were helping customers. Then when I went to pour the drink I wanted, the syrup was out, so that had to be refilled too. After we finished eating, I went to wash my hands, but the urinal wouldn't flush and there were cups sitting in the sink. Not sure if people were using them to flush the urinal, but it wasn't a good look. Even the front doors are hard to open, and the manager admitted the drink machine is old and going out. One thing we noticed on the way out is if you drive a Tesla or Rivian, this location has charging available while you eat, which is really a nice feature I've only seen at this popeyes location. The service itself was good and they fixed the chicken issue right away, but overall this location really needs some money put back into it. A few repairs would make the experience a lot better for customers.
