Not sure how they could do it but they screwed up THREE things in the same order. Using the app I ordered the BMT chopped salad. It was supposed to come with ham, salami and pepperoni. When I got it it had bacon but NO OTHER MEATS! The first sandwich was supposed to be the seafood salad on honey oat. Toppings were not even close and the amount of salad was minuscule. The second sandwich had the toppings that were SUPPOSED to be on the first sandwich and the bread was not what was ordered We won't be back. If you go there though make sure that they make the food in front of you so they don't mess it up! read more

Placed an order through the app, received a confirmation my ordered was in progress. Arrived at the restaurant only to be told they didn't get my order. I showed them the confirmation email and they said there was nothing they could do, I'd have to contact corporate. Filed a request with them and immediately got a request for more information to which I provided. Over a month later and I've had never received a response, so I followed up. Again they requested the same information, to which I provided ...... again. They claim they can't find my order in the system so they can't refund me, but I can show them the charge on my credit card. Also, the restaurant is always dirty, mostly due to the lack of help. Plenty of bad attitudes. AVOID! I've filed a complaint with the BBB in hopes of getting reimbursed. Food is way overpriced!!! read more

The 1-star is for the lack of service tonight from the other employee who was in the back the whole time I was standing in line. I did not get his name but I got Doug's--the young man behind the counter frantically making sandwiches and who was clearly overwhelmed with call in orders and the ever growing line of people waiting to be served. He had a great attitude and was clearly trying and was very apologetic. He gets 5-stars. The doofus in the back gets zero. I even yelled into the back and asked the guy back there to come out and help. He ignored me and continued walking around with his yellow legal pad. I'm assuming he was working but did not understand the concept of prioritizing and assisting with taking care of the line of customers. The lady in front of me commented he needed to be fired. My family and I were traveling and came here to eat. They were super busy and there was only one guy working the front line and he was trying to keep up with all the people that kept walking in. I'm super picky and they were out of the 1 of 2 ingredients in my order, so he took the time to figure it out and make it something I would still eat. Sorry for holding up the line ! Besides the fact that it took 25 minutes to stand in line and get sandwiches, the employees looked new and moved slow like molasses except the young gentlemen working the drive through... to place needed some serious cleaning. There was a dead fly on top of the bread display with some serious dust you can tell it's been there for awhile.. the thing that really got to me was the fact that the employee was handling money and her tips and then went off to prepare a customers sandwich... If I could give this subway zero stars I would. The fat woman behind the counter talked so quietly I could barely hear her and when I asked her to speak up she got an attitude and started to throw the toppings on to my sub and made it extremely messy. I asked for lettuce, spinach, banana peppers, pickles, and mayo. Everything I asked her to put on it, she barely put on the sub. I asked for banana peppers and she literally put a clump of them in one spot and didn't spread them out at all. This is the worst sub I have ever got from any subway. Worst sandwich I've ever had. Sunday at noon, no one else is there but me. Went through the drive thru because of closed dining area. Ordered a footlong turkey and ham and veggies. Very little meat two thin slices of turkey and two thin slices of ham on a large chunk of bread. The very little brown looking lettuce and wilted turning black spinach. The subway in Elizabethtown, KY. doesn't even deserve the rating I've given. For one thing, who wants to pay $15.00 for a foot long? Are you kidding me? You can go to a nice restaurant and have a good meal where someone actually waits on you for less than if you bought two foot longs. Absolutely insane! Ordered 2 steak and cheese sandwiches online over 3 hours before picking them up. I received an email that my subs were almost ready. I come inside to find out the steak is frozen and they never made my subs. They want to make me something different but I am in a hurry (this being the reason I ordered ahead of time with specific pick up time) so I just ask for a refund. They tell me they can't refund me at the store and I have to to in on the app or call the 1-800 #. Can't find a way on the app so I call customer care. It's all automated now, you can't speak to someone. A District Manager emails me (Jamie Henley) and acts like he is trying to help but then ignores me everytime I email him back. Subway basically has no way of refunding your money now. They just want to make you a new sub. I'll never step foot in a Subway again, just want my money back. read more

I don't recommend this location. There are a few good workers that have made my experience good a few times but when they aren't working I always have a terrible experience here. The employees don't seem to have a strong understanding on the concept of teamwork. I understand that. Not everyone is going to like each other in the workplace. The overall reason I do not recommend this location is the disrespect. Several employees tend to get a little pissy and start arguing with customers. Jason, who apparently is the manager, is the most disrespectful. When making sandwiches, he will just throw the going on the sandwich and then move on without a word as if he just didn't care at all. One day I even witnessed a customer in front of me ask POLITELY for extra mayo and he picked up the mayo, held it over the sandwich, and just carelessly squeezed a bunch out onto her sandwich then just as carelessly closed and wrapped her sandwich. That same day while he was ringing my sandwich out, I overheard him call one of his employees "nothing but an inconvenience" all because he didn't wrap a sandwich right as he finished it. At least they cared about giving customers a good experience. I don't see that as inconvenient. That poor guy and the customers deserves better than to be treated the way I've witnessed. read more

I stopped by this store last week, the food was great and the service even better, there was a young kid that made my food, he was only 15 years old...it kinda through me off that he was still working after 7pm on a school night, I didn't say anything to him about it but Im pretty sure that 803 KAR 1:100 (child labor) is being violated at this store. I've been here several times with no issues. This time, however, I came in on a Sunday at 11am. They opened at 9am. I asked for a personal pan pizza for my daughter. "They're still frozen," was the worker's reply. Then my wife asked for their carved turkey sandwich that was advertised on their menu board behind the counter. "It's still frozen, too." I get it- stuff happens sometimes. Maybe someone forgot to take product from the deep freeze to the cooler the night before. Whatever. No problem. My biggest issue lay with the worker's indifference to the situation. We received no apologies and no sympathy for the fact that they couldn't satisfy their customer's request not once, but twice. read more

I'm only writing a review because I came here on Veteran's Day, and Subway was offering free 6-inch sandwiches for vets. Since Subways are owner-franchised, this one didn't participate. I walked in, asked, and then left. So if you ever want Subway, find a different one. read more

Fantastic place to run in or use the drive through to get a good healthy meal. Location is perfect! This is my favorite Subway in Elizabethtown, Kentucky! Well this has to be hands down the worst Subway in Etown. Slow unorganised chaotic stingy slow are compliments to what they offer. Unfortunately consistently under excelling. If you look at the ads behind the counter and the real life sandwich you are provided, after begging for more veggies, wow. Watch how they measure out the "steak" a total rip. A party of 30 of us on a road trip walked in late afternoon on Sunday and received the best service possible. The staff though overwhelmed was courteous and friendly.
