They were extra crispy. Let's talk about the sauce bar. Best part of the place. I had to "udder" my ketchup and ranch--it doesn't get much more Wisconsin than that. Next year, I'll be back to give Udder Brothers a real shot with one of their burgers, some ice cream, and some cheese to go. The containers for the burgers were generic styrofoam instead of the brand cardboard ones. The biggest disappointment was that they had gone and purchased blah buns somewhere. They weren't the same flavorful and soft buns but dry and not even fluffy ones. I suspect they did a run to a local store to get them. Hopefully they will restock with the correct buns soon.
