I can understand if a customer is giving attitude or being difficult that an employee would have an attitude or be some kind of way. But when a customer like my self is polite . Please and thank you. For an employee who from the beginning doesn't seem like she wants be there does not listen to customer out of being impatient. Finally gets order correct . Throws food around and bag at customer. I came here with my husband to pick up breakfast for us and my mother and brother before hitting the road for a long road trip up north. I have never had breakfast at Subway but knew they offered it from the commercials. My brother has had breakfast at a Subway before and so I just thought why not? It's convenient and they offer egg white sandwich options. Anyways, I purchased 2 breakfast combo where you get a breakfast sandwich with a coffee or orange juice. I also purchased 2 flat bread breakfast sandwiches. All but 1 of the sandwiches were egg white sandwiches. What I like about this breakfast sandwich was that I could choose either between a flat bread or an English muffin (everyone got the flat bread sandwich) and I could also have my sandwich customized with meat or added vegetables. I had a flat bread sandwich with egg whites, spinach and tomato slices. I was actually pretty pleasantly surprised of how good this tasted. But one thing I didn't exactly like about this trip was that the guy behind the counter (looked like he was probably in high school or maybe a 1st year in college) wasn't very helpful with the pricing. I figured it out for myself that ordering the combination breakfast sandwich meal was a better buy than buying one 3 inch breakfast sandwich (figured this out after I paid and got m receipt). I also thought it was really strange to see the egg whites and egg already pre made. The guy pulled out a large plastic container and pulled out 3 egg whites and from another container, 1 egg. Its not like I was expecting the eggs to be made to order, but I just didn't think about the egg until the guy took out the containers. But anyways, everyone liked their breakfast sandwiches and were ready to go for a 5- 6 hour drive. Overall, place was clean and service was quick enough. Pricing was fair. This location is not a good one. The vegetables are not even a little fresh. I mentioned to the manager that the avacados were brown and looked rotten. This subway is in a small shopping center (aren't the majority?) just off Mt. Olive Dr. and Huntington, behind the Mobil gas station. One of the smallest Subway stores I have been but it is certainly one of the cleanest and most efficient I have visited. When you first walk in you will be greeted no matter how busy they are at the time. While the staff is friendly, do not think they spend their time talking. They work quickly and get your food out! Is that not what a fast food place is supposed to do? On occasion at a DIFFERENT Subway I have encountered some ingredients that were not as fresh as you expect. That does not ever happen at this location. I have to applaud the franchise owner and manager(s) of this place. As a franchise, you know what to expect. They have a formula they follow for everything, including portion sizes. For that reason I am not addressing the actual food served. You have your choices of breads, meat, cheese, veggies and condiments so you have to know what to expect. Did I mention that even if the line is out the door, you will be served quickly? read more

My favorite subway in the SGV. The employees always say hello, it feels more like a genuine greeting rather than a mandatory greeting. Food is always fresh, there's usually a line (always a good sign) but it moves quickly. There's a lady there all the time, I'll have to catch her name next time, thin build, short haircut, kinda light color hair, she's always there. She's a hard worker, efficient, and friendly. Sunday 11/3/19. Worst Subway experience ever! No A/C, extremely hot in there. Understaffed and the staff on duty (2 people) were incompetent. I left after waiting about 15 minutes. Four people in line ahead of me and the staff couldn't seem to understand or fill their orders in a timely manner. Went to the Monrovia location and everything was great!
