[ April 28, 2015 ] We arrived at 9:30pm, and a girl (very nice, seemed new) immediately help us. After making our sandwiches, she began to bag them. We already planned on eating there, so we asked for a tray, not wanting to waste the bags. A girl (I assume she is the manager) walked towards us from the back and said to us that they're not giving out trays because they are closing. At this point, it is 9:40pm. I asked her (assumed manager) what time does the place close. She said 10pm. I asked another question: "What time is it?" She looked at her clock and said, "9:40." Now, we aren't messy eaters, nor disrespectful. We would have eaten our sandwiches in peace, cleaned up after ourselves, and left by 10pm. Because I didn't comprehend what I just heard, I recapped, "It is 9:40 and you close at 10. Why?" She blatantly replied, "We have to mop and clean." If the owner of this franchise is reading, please understand I don't write bad reviews over petty things. Actually, I rarely write bad reviews, but I was compelled to share my experience. This situation should n e v e r happen. I'm sure she doesn't reflect the everyday customer service of your Subway, but she could be costing you money. I probably won't eat here again. read more

Small town Dinuba has a lot of chain restaurants. It's reassuring, when traveling, and in unfamiliar territory, to find the comfort of what is known. Such is the case with Subway. Subway sandwiches are pretty much the same, no matter where you are. Being able to place your order, confident that the finished product will be what you want, is what keeps us coming in the door. Dinuba's Subway is clean and well stocked. Service is efficient. There is a large parking lot because of the variety of eating places in the center. read more

Will not be returning. Came in for lunch with the family. Two chubby lady employees were sitting in the back of the store talking. Not a single acknowledgment such as "hello" or "we'll be right with you" or "what can I get for you" just a blank stare as one employee approaches the counter to don gloves. As I say hello and place my order I couldn't help but feel as if I was bothering or inconveniencing the workers. It felt as if I was rudely interrupting them from an important engagement. As my sandwich was being made I noticed their lettuce bin had what looked like really old dark green lettuce caked into the bin. As if they reuse the bins without washing or sanitizing. Also, the workplace ground had food everywhere, are they so busy that they can't sweep up after themselves!?! Bathrooms were not stocked, I wonder how they can work through a shift without having paper towels. Also I find it a bit odd after purchasing over $30 worth of food, they charged me $2 for water cups. Most restaurants offer free cups with water, not this Subway. Food and bread was decent from what we could taste. With their limited interactions and blatant carelessness we ate our meals in quietness and agreed we will not be returning. read more

If I could put 0 stars I would. Terrible customer service. We ordered delivery through their app and got the wrong order, and we got it worked out with DoorDash. Our food was clearly not remade by the time it came so it had been sitting for over an hour, it was soggy and gross, and they forgot our chips and drink. Plus, when I called to speak to someone about our order the woman was INCREDIBLY rude. She told me it wasn't her problem and that she would not remake it if we went to pick it up. This use to be our go to subway until I went a I assume got a new girl that had no idea how to make a sandwich. We ordered 2 flat breads and got smush sandwiches my fucken flat bread was not even toasted! Who in there right mind would eat a masa bread all damn oily!! I have called about 4 times talked to someone in regard to this 2 times and got hung up on 2 other times.. Did not want to post this but their response to our order has been worse then their food. We went in and got two subs for around 20$. We got home and the subs where soggy and un edible. We called to make our complaint and they kept pushing us off. We waited two days with no response. I highly recommend not going here. They will not only mess up your food but also ignore your complaints. read more

The sandwich was made sloppy with cheese not set right which really bugged my but she was in a hurry. I explained the toppings several times, I explained all toppings and no lettuce, onions and jalapeno. She couldn't process that. It was National Sandwich day and no one told me it was buy one and get one free. They wanted to save money I guess. I found out the deal with the free sandwich when a coworker passed by and told me about it while I was eating. That made me think that maybe this business is hurting and didn't want to pass the information. I wonder what else they are doing aside from giving horrible service. Placed a mobile order pickup at this Dinuba Subway location on March 31, 2022 at 9:28 PM and order was supposed to be ready by 9:45 PM. But was not ready until almost 9:50 PM. The restaurant closed before i was able to pick up my order. The lights were turned off before its 10 PM closing. The Manager Avtar Singh blamed me for not picking up order on time & did nothing to resolve the issue. read more

They messed up all of my sandwiches either by putting the wrong thing on the wrong sandwich or forgot it entirely, when they wrapped the sandwiches up they didn't fold them in half so most of the inside fell out. When they wrapped them the sandwich wasn't even wrapped part of the corner stuck out and when I went to get my drink the fountain sodas were all watered down and they had no napkins to wipe my hands from the soda. The food here is consistent and fresh. Staff is attentive and friendly.

We ordered two wheat sandwiches to go...and I find a wood splinter in my food. I called to complain and was told I could get a refund. I get a call back five minutes later and they tell us no refund can be given. Really?! What bull! No longer going to Subway. You just lost some customers! read more

The Manager and staff went the extra mile. My wife left her purse at lunchtime. The manager made the extra effort to find our phone number and see that we were notified. This is not mention how great the chicken breast salad was. Super- very impressed with the service. read more

Worst place in this town was in the area visiting we went to Subway and walked in to no one there to greet us for a good while. One of the female employees who looked to be pregnant was rude the whole time like she didn't want to be there she made my experience there horrible and the food wasn't great. Not sure if it's just Dinuba Subways that suck but I've had other Subways out of the area and Dinuba Subways are a disgrace to the Subway name. read more

Got there @8:45, business closes at 10pm. Was there with my family on 05/28/2016, was not allowed to eat in lobby. Huh? Makes no sense, 2 employees, slow night.
