I recently ordered delivery from this Culver's restaurant…read more I ordered the Mushroom and Swiss Value Basket which comes with a drink and side. I ordered the onion rings as a side which is about a dollar up charge. I also ordered a single patty ButterBurger with cheese. Delivery was really quick. The Mushroom and Swiss burger came in its own box. Both burgers were very good. They were seasoned really well, fried good and quite appetizing. The hamburger bun is a little thicker than most burger joints. The onion rings were very good, fried perfectly and not overtly greasy. The onion rings come with your choice of sauce. I chose Culver's signature sauce which is a white sauce, mildly spicy, and has a pickle taste in my opinion. I highly recommend. Food is a little more than most fast food places, but everything was packaged carefully and it appears they take pride in the food that they serve.

I paid for 4 large mashed potatoes & according to culvers, they're supposed to be 16 oz. Instead,…read morethey gave me 8 small cups about 1/4-1/2 full. According to the same facts on culvers, those are only about 6 oz....so in reality, at minimum, they shorted me a whole other large mashed potato (16 oz). Every time I go there, I order/pay for cheese sauce (which they charge .89 for) & this is the second time they don't add it. Lastly, since I didn't have a receipt from them showing what I paid for, I went on their site & added up everything that I ordered & was overcharged by $3.00 there....normally this is not the end of the world but when they are shorting people a lot and it all adds up overall. I will also be filing a complaint because this happens with this location a lot where they don't give receipts showing charges, miss items, & cut corners which really is ripping people off.

We got deluxe burgers and kids meals. The burgers are really good! Smash burger style and seasoned crinkle cut fries. We honestly inhaled our burgers and my husband wished he got 2. My only complaint is that the inside is HOT. I'm not sure if it was just hot today because maybe there were some AC troubles but it was pretty miserable in there. I felt bad for the employees who, again, were very nice having to work in that heat. Kudos to them because I personally don't know how they do/did it. Anyway, highly recommend!

As I pulled out, I noticed that I was given a yogurt parfait with chocolate cookies, instead of granola. Not a big deal, but I'm not a fan of chocolate cookies crushed into my yogurt, and so I parked and went inside. I was immediately greeted by multiple people and the manager came over once she saw my bag in hand. I explained to her I received the wrong item and showed my receipt. She apologized profusely and then gave me the correct item. I thanked her and started to leave, but she asked me to wait a moment. She left briefly, and came back with a card which entitles me to a free breakfast entree! I was so impressed at the level of above and beyond customer service for such a small mistake. I will definitely revisit this location again, and not just to redeem the free entree.
