I don't understand why this location has such a hard time paying attention to detail I mean, why have a comment section if you're simply going to ignore it? I ordered our food through the app and asked for my bread to be toasted by itself because I do not enjoy warm tuna. Upon opening, the sub not only was the bread burnt, but the tuna was hot. I also asked for my husband wrap to be warm up but it was cold. I paid over $25 for a cold wrap and I burnt tuna sub... Fantastic. Unfortunately, this isn't the first second or third time this happens. It's like this location ignores comment sections. my child only eats bread and cheese. I order a footlong on Italian with cheese on both sides of the bread and mayo on the cheese. the sandwich is done and I get charged for a veggie delight. I have been ordering this for years. today they want to charge me for extra cheese. I asked how are you going to charge me? she said for a veggie delight. this veggie delight is not even listed as a menu item. I asked how much is it going to cost me. She went to the register rang it up to check and said $12. I said $12 for bread and cheese. She said yes I said would you pay $12 for this piece of bread and cheese she said no I told her I'll never come back to this location. Why review a Subway? Three words: digital soda dispenser. This is something new to me, so I just thought I'd share it. I'm not a big soda drinker, but this place has a digital soda dispenser with over 100 different flavors. Pretty cool if you ask me! They've got all the Cokes (cherry, vanilla, lime, etc.), all the Crush flavors (grape, orange, strawberry, etc.), all kinds of Poweraid drinks and a whole bunch more. Talk about being able to customize a fountain drink! Oh, and our sandwiches were pretty good as far as Subway sandwiches are concerned. read more

Second employee offered a discount before I got to the register. However, the manager came from the back to ring up my order. When I suggested that she might want to show her new employee how to prepare a wrap. She seemed visibly upset with me. I did not get any discount as promised. The employees repeatedly tell me they don't have real mayonnaise, just the flavorless low fat kind, even though it is posted as one of the available condiments. For the managers sake I was in there about 5 pm, Sunday, April 13th, purchased 2 twelve inch BMTs and a bag of Cheetos, $14 even. I just got back from ordering a salad on 7/31/16 at 7:30 pm and the lady there was so rude to me. I always order the chopped salad but when I got one tonight it took five bites before it was gone.
