The interior has that vibe with the roll up doors. Our server Paul was excellent, being a fellow traveller we had plenty in common despite the 35 year age difference. My friend asked for no mushrooms on her wrap, she still received mushrooms. the next time i visited, the girl working the till ignored me, and invited her 2 friends up to order even though i was infront of them and completely ignored me. i confronted her about this and she said she "didn't see me." like wow... didn't see the person standing in front of your 2 friends?.... The people being hired here are obviously extremely questionable. the last time i went, i asked for no onions on my wrap, and yet there were still onions on my wrap. Management needs to have a serious conversation with their staff about attitudes and attentiveness towards the customers and more care over the food. only adding extra star for good coffees.
