Hand-pressed charbroiled beef patty, cheddar cheese, FPBco Soggy Otter grilled salami made by Gwinners, lettuce, tomato, pickles, homemade FPBco Soggy Otter Brown Ale BBQ sauce, roasted garlic aioli, on a brioche bun. We opted for the fries as a side. Great tasting burger!! Fries were okay, onthe limp side but hot. If I had known, I would have asked for a second quick dunk in the oil. The beer was great, they had a red that was a limited release, so no cans that we could take with us. I love reds, and this one hit all the buttons. I did try the Scottish, really good and bought a sixpack. Our friends loved their food as well. Jackson and Jennifer were outstanding, as was the rest of the staff. What a find. Even if you don't drink beer, hunt for a brewery as the food is usually great.

The interior has that vibe with the roll up doors. Our server Paul was excellent, being a fellow traveller we had plenty in common despite the 35 year age difference. The food was outstanding in our mind! One small quibble would be that the bread on the beef dip was a bit wide and made it tough to get the bread into the dip. Other than that an easy five star experience that we will be sure to try again while in town!

How a business can produce something like this and stay in business, perhaps says more about the extreme poor taste of the consumer than the lack of skill and pride of the business. CHECK YOUR BILL BEFORE YOU PAY IT! I recently had lunch with…read morea friend at Cranbrook Boston Pizza. The food was okay. I have been there many times. My mistake is I assumed that they would only charge us for things we actually received. My mistake. My bad. When I go home I looked closer at the bill and realized that we had been charged for 2 items that belonged to someone else and didn't charge us for 1 item that we did get. The next time I was in Cranbrook (4 days later), I stopped at Boston Pizza. I would have expected them to just credit my credit card with the amount of their error. But no, their only solution would be to offer me a customer credit that I could claim on my next visit to their place. The amount of money wasn't that significant ($16.79), but I thought that because it was their mistake that the proper action would be to just refund the amount to my credit card. After thinking about their solution over the next few days, I have decided that they can keep their customer credit. I will just find another place to go for lunch.
