When the food first dropped o thought there really wasn't a great deal on the plate. That said we finished up at just about 11AM , drove 500+ kilometers and went out for dinner in Salmon Arm at 6 PM. We were hungry, but not famished, so the portion size was just right for us. The price for our breakfast was under $15 each, which is unheard of where we live, and what we typically see in our travels. You can't quite taste the cod because it's all blended inside the fritter mix but I like flavor and it's filling for an appetizer. The braised oxtail fell right off the bone. It was delicious but I wish there was more Jamaican heat or seasoning to it. The coconut rice was good; I'm usually not a fan of coconut but their rice gives the aroma of coconut without being too powering in flavor. The fried chicken was amazing and I like the herbs they used, which makes it stand out from the Southern style fried chicken.
