Ordered two large pizzas on line with different crusts...one regular hand tossed and the new NY style crust. Stopped by the store and warmly greeted by the staff. The store is bright, new and clean. It was a very positive food experience and happy to recommend this Domino's

Ordered a delivery with the new Handcrafted (light and airy crust) and Cinnabon mini rolls…read more The pizza came on a thin crispy crust instead of the airy handcrafted. The Cinnabon mini rolls also had no icing whatsoever. We took pictures and didn't end up consuming them. When we called the store to clarify she said that she would have to check the cameras and will call us back. A moment later she called back and said she checked the cameras and it's fine. We told her that we haven't eaten it yet and can bring it back to the store to prove that the pizza crust was wrong and that the Cinnabon rolls had no icing. She immediately started to yell and swear at us over the phone and said we will block your number and you can never order pizza here again and hung up. There was no offer to fix the wrong food solution. There was no apology. There was no attempt at any customer service. Our money was wasted on food that the family will not eat.

Honestly think that the manager should be fired the way he handles customer service. 10/10 don't recommend they are dirty & can't make a single order right!

CHECK YOUR BILL BEFORE YOU PAY IT! I recently had lunch with…read morea friend at Cranbrook Boston Pizza. The food was okay. I have been there many times. My mistake is I assumed that they would only charge us for things we actually received. My mistake. My bad. When I go home I looked closer at the bill and realized that we had been charged for 2 items that belonged to someone else and didn't charge us for 1 item that we did get. The next time I was in Cranbrook (4 days later), I stopped at Boston Pizza. I would have expected them to just credit my credit card with the amount of their error. But no, their only solution would be to offer me a customer credit that I could claim on my next visit to their place. The amount of money wasn't that significant ($16.79), but I thought that because it was their mistake that the proper action would be to just refund the amount to my credit card. After thinking about their solution over the next few days, I have decided that they can keep their customer credit. I will just find another place to go for lunch.

Hand-pressed charbroiled beef patty, cheddar cheese, FPBco Soggy Otter grilled salami made by Gwinners, lettuce, tomato, pickles, homemade FPBco Soggy Otter Brown Ale BBQ sauce, roasted garlic aioli, on a brioche bun. We opted for the fries as a side. Great tasting burger!! Fries were okay, onthe limp side but hot. If I had known, I would have asked for a second quick dunk in the oil. The beer was great, they had a red that was a limited release, so no cans that we could take with us. I love reds, and this one hit all the buttons. I did try the Scottish, really good and bought a sixpack. Our friends loved their food as well. Jackson and Jennifer were outstanding, as was the rest of the staff. What a find. Even if you don't drink beer, hunt for a brewery as the food is usually great.
