The salads they make are all really good as well. Overall the prices in the store are average to good for a convenience market. I've been coming here for almost 30 years, back when they were Bonfare. The name may have changed, but they continue to make quality products. I'm not in town very often these days, but whenever I am I make sure that we make a stop here at least once. The only thing that can be somewhat troublesome is that they employ local teenagers to work there. That is a great service to the community, but can also lead to less than optimal speed and service. We know it is a learning opportunity and likely the first job for some of them, so we hope other people give them the same amount of slack that we do.

The fish and chips appeared to be a sliver of fish fried beyond all recognition until it required a dental visit to eat, stuffed into a wedge with a small collection of fries. Inedible, I tried. The wing dings were fried a little better. Unfortunately, no side of blue cheese or ranch to go with it. It appears to be a side of warm mayonnaise. The cole slaw was really good. Thankfully, I got to eat some food for my 30$ lunch.

The café is very small, with just four counter seats and four small tables, and it's undeniably cute inside. I was especially excited to see a vegan sandwich on the menu. After we were seated, our drink order was taken. Unfortunately, they didn't have iced coffee, lemon for tea, or any diet soda, so we settled for a regular soda and a black tea. Once our drinks were ordered, we were told we had to get up and order our food at the bar, which felt a little odd after being seated and waited on initially. I ordered the vegan sandwich, and my husband had the biscuits and gravy with scrambled eggs. The food took a while to arrive. As soon as I saw my sandwich, I knew I'd made the wrong choice. It consisted of sautéed kale, a chickpea patty, vegan cheese that looked and tasted like Velveeta, and a single slice of tomato that cost an extra $2. The sandwich was completely flavorless and honestly disappointing. My husband's biscuits and gravy weren't much better. They were so overloaded with black pepper that his nose ran through the entire meal. It's too bad some of that seasoning didn't make its way onto the vegan sandwich! When we finished, we had to get up once again to pay the bill. Overall, the service felt slow and disorganized, with an awkward mix of table service and counter service. It's a very charming little spot with plenty of potential, but the food and service both need significant improvement to create a better customer experience. Unfortunately, this isn't a place we'd be eager to return to.

Despite the fact that they were set up outside (under the tents they brought) in the pouring rain, everything was so fresh and tasty! The serving team was all very sweet and they made sure my husband and I got food set aside for us specifically so we could actually eat. Everyone I talked to loved the food and it was so nice to have food at our wedding that felt fun and interesting, not just your standard 'chicken or beef' wedding meal! Jocelyn was also great throughout the process about answering all my questions & helping figure out how much glassware and dinnerware we needed to rent. She even was able to add a custom item onto our wedding menu that has sentimental value for us (and it tasted exactly like I remember!). Almost half of our wedding budget went to catering and it was 100% worth it. Thank you, Jocelyn & co!

From the moment we met Jocelyn and Jared and tasted their food, we knew they were the right caterers for us. From the freshly baked sourdough Roman-style pizza and the seafood paella to the fried chicken, brisket, and everything in between, these two know how to prepare amazing food for large groups of people, serve it fresh and hot, and make your wedding feel like their only priority. Let's start with the wedding itself. Their range of menu options and bar service is so vast that you will surely find what you're looking for. And if you don't, they are more than willing to adapt to your desires. We worked together to create the best menu for our big day and it came together perfectly. The photos you see online are real. The food is not only delicious but served beautifully. And they work with the Owls Hoot Barn (among other venues in the area) all the time so have everything perfectly coordinated with the venue. We also hosted our Friday night welcome party and Sunday family brunch at their pub, and it was the perfect location, set five minutes from where our guests were staying. They were so hospitable and accommodating and went the extra mile to prepare the venue for our guests and make it the most beautiful, special spot for these moments. Not to mention the food, which was amazing. Their fee includes everything, so there are absolutely no surprises. Their staff is wonderful. They do it all, from food to the bar, from small gatherings to large affairs. We feel like family and look forward to eating at their pub for many years to come. Thank you Jocelyn and Jared, for making our wedding weekend so special.

For mains my guests had the fried sampler platter, broiled and cajuned shrimp and scallops, and I had the prime rib added scallops at $3 each. My prime rib was tasty and substantial but the temperature was just warm, not hot, and therefore had to be sent back. Once corrected the meal was great. Scallops were small but they gave me double the amount at the same price because of the size. The sides were mashed potatoes and brussels sprouts which were seasoned well and tasted great. Sprouts were tender but not mushy. Potatoes were tasty with a good intentional lumpiness that I appreciated. Also tried the lavender lemonade mocktail which was delicious. Decided against adding the one pound of King Crab as the market price was $99 and I can get a bag of two pounds for $70. We didn't do dessert but will next time were in the area because the slices of chocolate cake we saw were HUGE and the varieties looked scrumptious. Service was pleasant although there was a long block of time after we received our food where we were looking for the waitress so we could pay. The busser ended up pitching in. Overall, great food and service with older, living room vibe decor. Would recommend!

We were especially excited to see brick oven pizza on the menu, particularly the Rhode Island pizza, since we grew up eating that style and were looking forward to a little taste of home. The restaurant itself is small, with plenty of outdoor seating and a limited amount of indoor seating. Unfortunately, the experience went downhill from there. The service was extremely slow. It took about 15 minutes just to receive our drinks after ordering, and our food took even longer. I ordered the jalapeño watermelon margarita, which was very strong and packed quite a bit of heat. My husband had an IPA draft beer. For dinner, we ordered the Rhode Island pizza and a pepperoni pizza. After taking his first bite, my husband--who is usually the last person to complain about food--looked at me and said, "This is by far the worst pizza I've had in my life." I had to agree. The pizza was incredibly thin, stiff, and lacked the chewy texture that makes a good pizza crust. The crust itself was completely flavorless. Calling it "Rhode Island pizza" was especially disappointing because authentic Rhode Island pizza is typically served on a focaccia-style crust. This was paper-thin and crispy--it honestly felt like eating pizza on a cracker. When our waitress noticed we hadn't eaten much, we tried to politely let her know the pizza wasn't for us. Rather than asking what was wrong or offering any concern, she simply responded, "Our pizza is amazing." Unfortunately, that wasn't our experience. To be fair, they were operating with a limited menu due to being understaffed, but that didn't excuse the quality of the food or the lack of responsiveness to customer feedback. We were really hoping for a great meal based on the hotel's recommendation, but this was one of the most disappointing pizza experiences we've had. If you're in the area, we'd recommend looking elsewhere.

I had a smash burger and was impressed by the taste, composition of the Pattie and overall presentation. The wedges were good and cooked right...Not soggy but not burnt and overly crispy. It was as good a burger as most good burger places. Sylvana was a nice server. She apologized for the wait as the manager obviously does not know how to staff but that has nothing to do with her service. She was pleasant, attentive within reason (she was the only one back in the back) and did a good job of getting us our meals. The wait though did get all the place to have one star removed but again that was on the manager...Next time get two servers out there. Ambiance is nice but maybe a table to squeezed in on the patio. Inside had more space and was had a nice old rustic look. Awesome meal, great location but poor managerial decision to understaff on a lunch Prevented this from getting a 5...Still, I would definitely come here again.

On my 1st visit, we ordered the meatball app and I got a veal dish, after trying for one of the fish specials that was sold out. Cousin got chicken parm. We both enjoyed all 3. Very good flavor, cooked perfectly and nice presentation. Very Good portion for price point. We both left with full bellies and had some to take home. Salads are included and I liked the house dressing. On my 2nd visit, I attempted to order the duck and beans pasta dish, but they were sold out of the duck. Switched to pasta with white clam sauce and it was delicious and plentiful. When we arrived, the server who sat us cautioned us and another couple and asked for us to bear with her, since the other 2 servers scheduled to work called out. She said it maybe slow. She and the bus boy helper kid ran the entire dining room and every table was full and she did a great job! We didn't feel like we waited extra at all. We ordered wine, an app and our meals and the pace of the meal was perfect. After 2 visits, I can confidently recommend Che Figata and it is on my top list. I'll visit frequently. Another thing I appreciate about this restaurant is that they have a dedicated vegetarian section of the menu. For those who don't eat meat, they got you covered.
