Very disappointing experience. The employee who made my sandwich was rude from the start and barely put any ingredients on it. The portions were much smaller than they should have been, and when I politely asked if she could add a little more, she refused and had a bad attitude about it. I ordered a BMT sandwich from the Subway app and my food was ready on time and it was made to the specifications that I requested on the app. Absolutely no complaints whatsoever with the food. The veggies tasted fresh, and my BMT sandwich was delicious. A foot long was about $11.50 as of Aug 2024. I haven't had Subway for a long time but I felt like it used to be much cheaper, but again, everything used to be cheaper, lol. But keep an eye out for deals on their app or in the mail. This place is horrible. They have a person who works in the evening and she refuses to get off her phone. She will take your order when it's convenient for her, When she does she continues her conversation to whomever she is speaking on the phone. She is rude and impolite. She acts as if she is doing you a favor by helping you, rather than I'm a customer helping to pay her wages. In addition, the "temporary" hours are not being adhered to at all. Strange things are afoot at this Subway on Clayton. Seriously, I have never had a more bizarre experience anywhere like I did tonight. Everyone, from the customers to the employees, were all just very... off. Let's start with Maria, our sandwich artist for the evening. About as much personality as a door, she seemed to be confused by everything. Someone asked her what kind of cheese they had, she asked them "What?", at least three times. Someone comes in to specifically order just two medium drinks. She holds up both a medium cup and a large cup asking the guy which one. He repeats his request. "I would like a medium cup." She then holds up a medium and a small cup, again with a confused look upon her face. When she made my sandwich she was 1. Very slow, and 2. very skimpy on the ingredients. On my tuna sandwich I would actually like to taste... the tuna. I'm not being picky, or being a snob, I just find it very comical that these kind of things happened.
