I ordered a BMT sandwich from the Subway app and my food was ready on time and it was made to the specifications that I requested on the app. Absolutely no complaints whatsoever with the food. The veggies tasted fresh, and my BMT sandwich was delicious. A foot long was about $11.50 as of Aug 2024. I haven't had Subway for a long time but I felt like it used to be much cheaper, but again, everything used to be cheaper, lol. But keep an eye out for deals on their app or in the mail. This is the first time I had a sandwich that I had to throw away. The texture of the bread was beyond hard and rubbery. I couldn't even bite through the bread as it was so tough and rubbery. She will take your order when it's convenient for her, When she does she continues her conversation to whomever she is speaking on the phone. She is rude and impolite. Extremely rude service tonight - not sure if it's the owner there but she didn't understand what we wanted and I wanted to add a sandwich at the end and I was told "I have other customers" and gave me a tremendous amount of attitude. I did a survery on Tuesday and I got an email back for a free 20 oz soda or 2 free cookies. Strange things are afoot at this Subway on Clayton. Seriously, I have never had a more bizarre experience anywhere like I did tonight. Everyone, from the customers to the employees, were all just very... off. Let's start with Maria, our sandwich artist for the evening. About as much personality as a door, she seemed to be confused by everything. Someone asked her what kind of cheese they had, she asked them "What?", at least three times. Someone comes in to specifically order just two medium drinks. She holds up both a medium cup and a large cup asking the guy which one. He repeats his request. "I would like a medium cup." She then holds up a medium and a small cup, again with a confused look upon her face. When she made my sandwich she was 1. Very slow, and 2. very skimpy on the ingredients. On my tuna sandwich I would actually like to taste... the tuna. I'm not being picky, or being a snob, I just find it very comical that these kind of things happened.
