I was excited to try their new 5 cheese and bacon frittata. Good protein, low cal, low carb... I was so disappointed. One, no customer service at all at the counter. I had to order at the kiosk. Couldn't find anyone to ask for a cup of water. Looked at the screen to see that my order was ready. Sat down and pulled it from the paper sack, I was surprised at the size. Now I know why it had low cals, it's less then half an inch think. So let's dig in, Oh My, it's toasted hard on the top and burnt on the bottom. Well I have try it. OMGosh, Soo Salty.... The pics you see was all I could take before tossing it away. This Panera gained one extra star only because the dining area was super clean, not because of the staff or food. read more

This Panera is on point! I frequently pick up to go orders here. The staff is really friendly and the orders are always accurate and fresh. I've never seen anyone in a negative mood here. About 2 months ago, I asked a staff member about the 'Sip Club' and decided to try it. I would totally recommend if you come often, definitely worth it! I have stopped by on the weekends with my family and it's always clean. I've never been disappointed visiting here. read more

I love the orange scones. I called to place an order and the manager of this store went above and beyond to have my scones within an hour. The service is always friendly and conscientious and the store is always clean and welcoming. Kudos and then some to my favorite Panera store in Clayton, Ca. Thank you again! read more

Food is a good choice when in intermittent fasting now that they have the stuffed sandwiches.

Reviewed for pickup order of tomato basil bread using the kiosk ordering system at this location. The order was fulfilled promptly. The tomato basil bread was gigantic and quite delicious. Its bread texture was similar to typical commercial soft bread offering with some visible tomato 'spots'. What make this bread a winner was the layer of crumb topping (cinnamon/honey/brown sugar) on top of the bread which became very crispy and tasty after it is toasted. This bread is a great base for an afternoon savory sandwich or to be eaten plain with extra virgin olive oil after toasting. read more

It took over 40 minutes for two breakfast sandwiches this morning. Everyone ahead of us kept bringing back incorrect orders. $17 for two sandwiches and this is what one of them looked like. Pretty pathetic. Fast food would've been a better option. read more

The "Salad stuffers" made with wilted lettuce! Would not reorder! The lettuce ruined the sandwich!

Foods good pick up Susie soup is pretty good keep in mind that the bread comes a free hairs as an add-on

I had a disappointing experience at Panera Bread. My order was made incorrectly, and when I returned to the register to have it fixed, the employee responded rudely and told me I could "just keep the food" since I wasn't charged for the correct item. That wasn't the issue I simply wanted the correct order. The interaction felt dismissive and unhelpful. I hope management can address this, as customer service should be handled with more care and professionalism. Will not be coming back. read more

Haven't been to this location in quite some time, felt like it was going down hill. Gave it another try tonight as I was craving my go to Chipotle chicken avacado sandwich. It was delicious just like it used to be. Good amount of chicken and avacado bread perfectly toasted. Ordered on the app and food was quickly ready as I drove up. Thanks Panera ! read more

The prices for the portions are RIDICULOUS. NEVER AGAIN. $17 for half a sandwich. $21 for soup and half sandwich. Not worth it. Sandwiches so small. Couple pieces of chicken in the soup. half sandwiches more like a quarter of a sandwich. $10 smoothie was watery. Uber eats fees not withstanding the bill was $63. I'll tell as many ppl as I can! Shame on them! Stick with Jersey mikes. read more

Came here for a quick bite after the gym. I got a cup of their tortilla soup with a baguette and also one of their kitchen sink cookies and a passion papaya iced green tea. Everything was good except the cookie, I ended taking just couple of bites then tossing it out. Overall, a decent Panera location. read more

I am giving two stars for actually getting the order right. I ordered a whole salad with some modifications no chicken no egg no bacon and that is the goddess chef salad I believe for someone else and I had the two items with the caprese sandwich and Greek salad. I appreciate it that the order was accurate it was completed and timely manner I ordered it online picked it right up went on to the destination great however I opened up those containers there were no utensils in there- my bad- I should have checked but neither salad container was even halfway full almost like they really lightly dusted some lettuce and and the rest of the ingredients in the bowls. I'm like the whole salad literally was the same size as the half salad. Not sure with all that is about but I need to make sure I'm getting my money's worth from almost $40 worth of nothing in that bag. I like Panera and I've had mixed experiences and all though they pretty consistent with the flavors their portions are sorely lacking when their prices are staying slightly higher than other sandwich shops. My half sandwich definitely was mostly bread a lot of bread toasted well but mostly bread like almost empty inside...NO. read more

I am lazy. Order from Panera quite a bit. The last 3 times I've ordered have been disappointing. The level or care with which sandwiches are made: different each time (despite being the same sandwich), unappetizing and frankly, nasty. This last time ordered 2 sandwiches. The steak and the toasted garden caprese. I customize: steak (double) was NOT a double portion and the garden caprese (extra basil, no tomatoes, cucumber instead). The bread (obviously frozen not fresh) underbaked - not what you want in your mouth. The sandwich was dripping wet. An inedible collage of disgusting items thrown together. Pissed me right off. I paid extra for this. Threw it away! Want my money back. read more

This location does well because there really aren't much in the area. Sandwiches and soups are consistently cold and inconsistent made. We were a group over the weekend. Of the 5 of us sitting, 4 of us got unknown bug bites on our arms and legs while sitting in the dining area. read more

I ordered a baguette with my meal. I checked the receipt. It shows , "1 French Bag Side". It's very clear. So why did I get a bag of chips? It's not a French Bag of chips, so where's the confusion in the kitchen? No wonder their ratings! read more

Since management has changed this location has went downhill. I've been coming here for over 4 years and watched as customer service declined. I have been paying for refill subscription and watch friendly employees come and go. The remains are unsatisfactory and rude. You get better service in DMV than this location. What a shame. read more

Wow, that manager Conner needs to go. I watched him belittle and berate staff last night when I was trying to enjoy a meal last night. Also going to report to their corporate office. No wonder why they can't keep decent staff! No reason to act that especially in front of customers. read more

The staff is not great. They're inconsistent. Some good, some bad. I prefer to customize my salad orders which I have the ability to do via the kiosk. Put of a handful of orders, they got it right only once. I went in and spoke with a manager who made up for the issues. So the management actually seems pretty good. Hopefully they hire better staff. read more

I placed an order through the Panera app and requested extra chicken salad on my sandwich, which I paid the $1.99 surcharge for. Instead I received a sandwich that, even if I hadn't paid for the "extra chicken," would still be woefully under filled. For this picture, I literally took all the chicken and placed it on top. What happened to Panera Bread? They need to go back to their old menu. The apple Fuji salad shows real apples on the menu, but they are dried apples, that are awful. I have been coming to this location for over two years. it had always had great service and good food. For the last 4 months or so this locación has plummeted. I don't know what happened. They don't get the orders right or give you a smaller sandwich than you ordered and people don't really seem to care about the customers. I am at the store now and we waited for 5 minutes for someone to help us at the cash register without success. Employees went by a couple of times without even acknowledging us. I guess we are not coming back anymore. Let's see if they get the order right this time. read more

I really have tried to give this location numerous chances since it's close by. I just don't get why my order is usually incorrect. If you pay $7 for a breakfast sandwich, it would be nice to have all the ingredients that are listed. In addition, I walked in when my mobile order should have been ready, and the kitchen employees were in the back room and one was in the front just texting and no orders were being made. Then, while waiting, I received an update that my order is delayed, go figure!!! I guess I'll go out of my way to the other location when I am wanting something from Panera. read more

I've tried to give this Panera a shot so many times over the last few years and they always come up short. Often dirty, order is usually wrong, and bad service. They serve breakfast until 11. This is one of those if I could leave a negative review I would. This place was five stars at one point a good 2 to 3 years now they have gone completely the other direction they don't care about the customers. They are disrespectful to their customers. Half of them, don't know what they're doing and spinning in circles. This is the worst of the worst and you're gonna pay $12 for a small container of macaroni on top of all that How is this place still a business? Avoid this place at all cost if you can. read more

Dear Panera executives, This is unacceptable. Never in my 4 years of schooling have I ever experienced such a hostile and unwelcoming environment. I was peacefully minding my own business consuming Panera food product from this lovely (or so I thought) establishment. Every single day of my life I have studied at Panera and I have a 5.0 grade point average. Let that sink in! I am a respectful customer, I clean up after myself, and I am a loyal loyalty sip club program member. HOWEVER... today was unlike any experience I have ever had at this location. I was absolutely locked in studying for my SENIRO FINALS very important tests when this absolute buffoon of a woman came over and kicked me out. Not okay. There was no reason for this eviction. It was 3:40 pm and she claimed that there was an incoming dinner rush. There was another soul on these hallowed grounds. I am absolutely distraught. If she had politely informed us during the actual dinner rush I would understand. However, there was nobody there. When I walked by an hour later, there was still nobody there. How confounding! Furthermore, I was yelled at for leaning back in my chair. Mind your own business. The way I carry myself has no impact on your "restaurant." It is likely I will return. However. I will not be happy about it. Thank you for reading. Sincerely, the senior graduating class of two thousand and twenty five. read more

Not worth going here until they get their act together... One of the worse Panera I've been to! For sure I won't be returning! I understand they've only been open for 3weeks, but employees are not properly trained; it's very unorganized, understaffed &this place is a mess! Some didn't know what they're doing that we had to tell them what needs to be done; some too laid back that workers seem like they're on break/chilling vs working: orders are being delayed/messed up & hot food are left out too long...doesnt help that management was drinking jamba juice&on phone vs helping out... read more

So excited that this Panera opened up right by my house! I heard the news and had been waiting for the day they would be open. This is one of my favorite places to go grab breakfast lunch or dinner. They always have fresh and delicious creations. I walked in today and there were employees everywhere and ready to help! Very attentive to their customers. They had some free sampling for you to try out on the counter as well as handed out a free pick two for one a month for a year!! I ordered the iced vanilla cold brew and this is so yummy! No butter notes. Very smooth and not burnt. Really enjoying this cold brew! I also got a sesame bagel with strawberry cream cheese. They sliced and toasted the bagel for me and then you get a pack and knife to cream your bagel. The bagel tastes fresh and crispy. I will definitely be back and excited for this new location. read more

I like this location. My only gripe is on weekday afternoon, there are always people inside dining but with foods from nearby restaurants like T4 and salad from grocery outlet. My husband and I went to Panera yesterday. I tried something new, black forrest ham and gouda melt. It was pretty good, but I wanted to taste more gouda. The taste seemed to blend, and the mustard was a little overwhelming. The service was very friendly as always. It was busy however, the seating was very comfortable as well. I think that one of the biggest issue in this place is that the cashier is always running every were and you have to stand in line for more then 10 min to order read more

The customer service here is absolutely unacceptable. They need a new manager that has more than three brain cells. Every single time I come here, they kick me out SECONDS after I finish my food. Specifically, one entitled employee whom is clearly just constantly looking for reasons to kick people out. Today was the last straw for me, as I, one of the only three customers, was sitting outside drinking my tea. I was about halfway done when she came outside and spoke to me as if I am a child, telling me to get out. Displeased and disappointed, I looked around only to see that every single table was depressingly empty. She then stood and stared at me uncomfortably as I packed up and left. Safe to say I'm never going here again and I not only don't recommend, but in fact discourage you from coming here unless you like to be treated disrespectfully by entitled employees. read more

This store was amazing when they 1st opened. I would have given them a 10 star back then. I really appreciated winning the year long pick 2 for 2 deal (One free meal for each of us 1 time per month) from being ine of their very 1st customers. But unfortunately 3 mo after they gave us that deal, we were put on lockdown due to the pandemic and I was extremely fearful to go out to irder food. When I finally began using them it was the end of 2020 (close to exp date). And even though the store I got it from (Ygnacio Vlly) said "there will be no exp date due to the pandemic", several stores (Brentwood especially, then once at Diamond Blvd, & even several times at Ygnacio Vlly) gave me a massive migraine about using it after 2020 exp. Nonetheless, I was super thankful to get to use it and it was a blessing for my family. read more

Dirty, nobody at the register, rude and never listen to what was the order. food is same as any other location

"Funny" math at this Panera! I did a curbside pickup a couple of weeks ago. My order was small: half dozen bagels and six decorated pumpkin cookies. I specifically wanted the pumpkin cookies for my Halloween treat bags. As far a on-line ordering goes, Panera is "middle of the road." I've used easier websites and some that were much more cumbersome to navigate. I drove to Panera at the arranged time, parked in a pickup spot, and let them know I was waiting. Soon a young man appeared carrying a tray which held my sealed bag. Sealed bags are a newer feature at Panera and a good one. However, something told me that I should check my order. I asked the server to wait while I checked the order. The bagels were on top; all accounted for. Then I saw a small bakery box. It didn't look like it could hold six cookies. Sure enough it held just three. I asked where the other three were, thinking perhaps a box had been left out of the bag. The young man said they were out of those cookies -- I had the last three. My sales slip said I had paid for six. He said I could have three of a different kind and that they would be FREE. I begged to differ. If I chose three other cookies, they would not be free since I had already paid for them. This seemed to go right over his head. To him they were free. He rattled off my options. I made my choice, got my "second choice" cookies and was soon on my way. My earlier curbside experiences at Panera (Bancroft and Treat site) have been fine. So I was disappointed with the experience here. I will continue to use curbside during the pandemic -- knowing I will always have to doublecheck my order. read more
