There are literally 11 people in line and they have one poor lady working by herself. They absolutely need to give this woman a big raise. Awesome! The best time at Subway, could not believe this outstanding work, workers were putting into people having a good time. Make sure to try this out. The Food was awesome, they put the right amount almost every time I have been there. The place was basic but was nicely conditioned and the chairs were comfortable and the tables didn't even move. I would give 0 stars if I could. the last couple times I've been there they've told me "we can't afford to give some extra olives" or "we can't give more than two lines of ranch" like there's some kind of national shortage. Today, which will be my last visit, I asked for and paid for double meat and didn't get it. I'm not that impressed usually with this Subway. They don't honor coupons & their prices are higher than downtown Seattle! I have been going here since I moved here 2 years ago. I have been here several times when the servers were very rude! Today was a total exception on service! A young lady named Sarah S. was outstanding in every aspect from greeting me,making the sandwich & checkout. I dined in and noticed that she was equally excellent to all she encountered. Stopped in for lunch today 8/21/24 @. 12:10 two people ahead of me, no problem so I thought. Only one kid in there working who apologized for it being slow, I asked if he was the only one working? He said his manager had to leave 45 minutes ago for lunch and that she had some kind of dog problem, so he was left alone at the lunch rush! He finished one order ahead of me and then started making a call in order (2) when customers were standing in line! after 20 minutes he got to the person ahead of me, in the meantime an elderly couple who came in after me got up and left without ordering. I also decided to leave without ordering. Whoever owns this franchise needs to pay better attention to their management or lack thereof. So, they lost 3 customers in 15 minutes. The lone kid working deserves to be commended for trying. I will not be back to this establishment after wasting my time there today. read more

I visited the Cheney, Washington Subway today for lunch. I stood quietly (masked) in line as the two ladies behind the counter were helping other people. One of these ladies was working a call in to-go order, leaving the other one to service the customers in the store. As more people came in, the lady tending to the in-store customers grew more and more stressed out and even yelled at each new customer coming in, " its going to be a while", causing several of them to turn around and leave. I moved with the line and I kept my proper distance from both those in front of me and behind. As I neared the front, the stressed out lady yelled over the counter very loudly, Sir, you have to keep 6 feet distance". I was caught off guard as I was distancing as we all do. I said, I am 6 feet and I pointed to my position. She then told me if I can't conform I would have to leave. At this time, I am both stunned and embarrassed at the way I am being treated. I pointed out I was distanced accordingly and she kept yelling at me. It was then I got angry and told them I would go to another Subway and left. It should be noted, that not only was I properly distanced, but neither the two people behind me, or the two people in front of me maintained 6 foot distance. I guess it was just me she felt comfortable enough to yell at and embarrass. I will not stop at this review, I will make sure everyone I know, gets told how I was treated. I used to go to this Subway 2-3 times a week, I wont any longer nor will anyone in my family or circle of friends. If you want someone to do something, ask nicely and it will be done...yelling over a counter and embarrassing someone is just bad business. I know you don't need my business, you are doing great without me and my friends, but I do hope at least you understand why you did lose repeat business today. read more

When I went to order a small turkey sandwich I noticed it was $8.00. I asked about $5.00 foot longs. And a snotty teenager told me they Went up. And a 12inch sandwich was $11.00. I left to say the least. I walked to Safeway and bought a turkey sandwich for $3.50. Fuck subway. read more

If you go to Subway often, this is not the place for you as you will be spending more money than you would at any other. As much as they can, they do not honor or participate in the national promotions, and keep their prices as high as possible. Personally, it seems to me that the owner is just trying to maximize their profit margins. In my experience, they have been generally good about honoring subway coupons that you bring in, but are usually strict on the rules for them. When they do honor them though, they always do so regretfully. This subway does not participate in the $3.50 sub of the day menu, and in fact posted their own daily menu that they created, priced at $6.50 - not really any appealing sandwiches and pretty much includes all their cheapest meats. They also find loopholes in the national promotions such as the Februany. They will advertise this for a couple days, and then all of a sudden their advertisements are gone and they don't honor the pricing unless you specifically ask at the register. I don't know what the issue is but based on all these experiences, the owner seems to just come across as cheap and selfish. Besides that, the place is clean, food for the most part is good and fresh (but not always), and they usually make really good cookies. I generally will only go if I have a good coupon to use as I'd never go and pay full price at this one. I'd recommend just going to Jimmy Johns, it's cheaper and tastes fresher. read more

This Subway is easily the worst I have ever been to and Subway has been one of my favorite places to eat for years. The staff seems to always be in a bad mood and will literally force you to say extra lettuce 5 or more times before more than a minuscule handful is added. The only consistent 5 dollar footlongs they include are the egg and cheese, and the veggie delite. Apparently this Subway thinks it is a good idea in a COLLEGE TOWN to force students to pay more than 5 dollars for anything with meat on it. According to the national Subway website, the 5 dollar footlongs are: black forest ham, BLT, cold cut combo, egg and cheese, and veggie delite. This means that this particular Subway chooses to only include 2 out of 5 nationally recognized subs. If you like paying over 5 dollars for bread, cheese and veggies, and at least 8 dollars for anything with meat, this is the subway for you! read more
