Heard about the burgers here and had to give it a try…read more I biked over and found the trailer with a little lunch rush line, but it moved quickly. I ordered the burger and fries with a drink. I eat mine plain but they have quite the selection of burgers and fries/ring options. The drinks are in a fridge with normal selection of sodas and teas along with bottled water. The price seemed fair and I was able to use Apple Pay off my phone. I was given a beeper and found a table behind the trailer. I wish there was a little shade over the tables but nonetheless it was a pleasant day so no worries. My pager went off and I got my food freshly made and hot. The fries were good. They had a little batter to them and they were good portion size. The burger, however was a little disappointing. It seemed to be a patty premade almost frozen style. I wish they would make 1/2 pound burgers with fresh meat and hand make the patties but that's not the case. After eating lunch I decided I would not go back until they improve burger quality.

Long line of cars, both lanes, very busy. An employee from the store decided at that moment it was time to dump soapy water in the drive through right in front of us and keep everyone in line waiting while he scrubbed the concrete. I said something to the young man in the window(when I finally got there) to the effect "maybe lunch rush isn't the best time to scrub the drive-thru concrete. Shouldn't that be done before or after?" To which he responded, "Well lunch rush doesn't start until noon." I looked behind me at the line of cars and proceeded without bothering to argue the point. They did not give us napkins, they did not give us straws. They forgot to include the ranch dipping sauce we ordered, even though we asked for it and it was on the receipt. They also made one of our orders of fries a medium instead of a large as requested. Any one of these things occurring by itself would not have been a big deal here or anywhere else. Taken together it shows an obvious lack of concern for customer service. Way to go guys. You get worst drive-thru experience of the year award.

The first time we went here we went in the drive thru and waited for 30 minutes! Then we found out that for some reason we couldn't get our ice cream! Another time we didn't go to the drive thru but we had to wait for almost an hour. Only to find out that their ice cream machine is BROKEN AGaIN. A poor dad and daughter next to us waited for 2 hours and didn't even get the one happy meal they ordered. This place needs to stop being a smelly and low quality McDonalds!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had cheese curds (different) which were good, and the onion rings were OK, but nothing notable. As far as experience goes though, the place was impeccably clean, and I had a nice conversation with the guy at the counter who had some recommendations for my first visit, which I asked for (he's the one who recommended the cheese curds). It was probably the most comfortable, tidy, and squared away fast food joint I'd ever been in. Anyway, these guys are worth a try. Perhaps it will hit the bullseye for you.
