This has been the worse experience ever. I walked into This location 241 FM 1382 Suite 308, Cedar Hill, TX 75104 between 345/ 415pm yesterday (10/11/22). Only people in the restaurant was an elder Hispanic couple sitting by the front door. Upon walking in there was no welcome to subway or anything . Which I that wasn't that big of an issue at first. Coming from the side was a short heavy set Hispanic woman with a lot of tattoos all over her arms/hands. Seems she was annoyed that I was interrupting her lunch because she walked up to me aggravated while still chewing. Still never said hi or how can I help you , but made a point to tell the elder Hispanic couple bye. I asked if that location was the only one that didn't serve the Italian cheese herb bread or was that now a permanent thing at all subways similar to the discontinue of the honey oat wheat bread that the company use to carry. She never verbally responded but instead pointed down indicating only that location, I assume. I really wanted the Italian cheese herb but decided to continue to order choosing wheat. She left me standing to answer the phone(which was fine ), only she was extremely rude to the customer on the phone . Aggressively telling them that whatever they asked for she didn't have and that they would have to place their order online anyways. It's not what you say but how you say it. She was extremely RUDE. She returned to me. Begin adding the topics to my sandwiches. Never mentioning that she was out of stuff, but kept rushing me by saying what else in the middle of me listing the stuff that I wanted on the sandwiches. I asked for onions , she said they didn't have any. I asked for bell peppers, she said they didn't have any. At that point I decided that the sandwiches I came to purchase were not available, because Almost everything I asked for starting with the bread , she stated that it wasn't available. Politely I said never mind , & decided not to proceed with my order. As I turned to leave the store , I can hear her talking about me to 2 other workers who walked out from the back ( a younger African American girl with small dread Locs & a Hispanic male ). I then hear her snatch the sandwiches from the sandwich board & slam them to the floor/trash. I have never been treated this way In this establishment & I frequent this location. She became angry/very unprofessional for something that could have been prevented if/ when I walked in & she informed me then of the things that weren't available. The most embarrassing part is the walking out & having the customer walking in behind me walking in to the throwing the food & badly discussing me as if I was the one in the wrong for declining to continue to order. If/when cameras are viewed, I'm in my work uniform. Working in the fast food industry as well I can understand & respect getting frustrated but there's a way to conduct yourself while on the clock. read more

Ordered online and the worker with the pink hair didn't put the chips in the bag, so I grabbed them and she rudely asked "um excuse me are you going to pay for those?" It was literally on my receipt and after I showed her then her attitude changed. How about your employees work on paying attention to online orders than being rude to PAYING customers. read more

Why is the line packed and we had placed online order and the GM is just standing there watching. Like bro go on and help your team and then we wait which isn't the problem since I understand. But then they never called my name and then like 10 minutes later they were like yeah we called it like bruh. I had the worst experience that I've had at a restaurant all year. I was treated like trash. I ordered the pro series sweet onion chicken teriyaki. I noticed the young lady did not do two things. The chicken that was put on the sandwich was not the marinated chicken that marinates in the sweet onion sauce, and she did not give the extra meat that comes with the pro series. Every other Subway I go to makes this way. She also put the cheese on the sandwich and and put the sweet onion sauce on top of the cheese. I have never seen the sandwich made that way. So I brought it up to the cashier and she told me that the two scoops of meat was the right portion I disagreed (because two scoops is what goes on a regular sandwich), but to her credit she relented and gave the extra portion of meat (this is where it took a turn). The cashier gave the extra meat which was not the marinated meat as well and put it in a separate bag. I asked her "ma'am can you put it on a the sandwich" to which she replied with an attitude for sone reason 'your sandwich is already closed''. I asked again to which she replied the latter 'your sandwich is already closed' so I asked "can you remake the sandwich" to which she refused with an attitude like I'm inconveniencing her as if she paid for the sandwich. There were 2 other people in line I didn't mind waiting for my sandwich. It was already paid for and made incorrect from the jump. She relents again and is now going to put the meat in the sandwich at this point I am frustrated because I see her just putting the meat on top of the veggies which is not how a Subway sandwich is constructed, so after that kind of treatment I just left without the sandwich. I was not rude everything I requested was in question for not a demand. My sandwich was made wrong and I just wanted made right which is all I was asking. I hope someone actually gets this because I didn't understand the treatment because nothing I did warranted that. I really hope she gets coached on how to treat customers, because I felt unfairly treated for no reason. read more

Hello, The lil working that evening had to be the WORST Subway employee I've ever had preparing a footlong for me. She was so very rude, and when a fly landed on the meat, she walked off mumbling, and punching her hand. I'm not sure what that means in other races, but in the Black/African American culture, that means you want to hit someone, and typically a fight was soon to happen. Today my daughter in law (Hispanic descent) and my son (Asian and Native Descent) visited the store at 241 FM 1382 Suite 308, Cedar Hill, TX 75104 around 1:50pm today 6/19/2024. My son placed his order online and she wanted something that was not on the app so they came in when his order was ready and that's when she ordered her sandwich. She came our very upset and she explained that when she was ordering, a lady - also of Hispanic descent - asked was that her boyfriend. My daughter in law was thrown off what that had to do with ordering a sandwich so she kind of made a face and then said "yes". She said that the lady made a face of disgust and said "that kind" or "that kid" is your boyfriend implying about his ethnicity/race. My daughter in law was so upset and said "Yes that is my partner for over 6 years". So as soon as I calmed down, I decided to call. I called and asked the lady what was the reason for the question. She said it was just a question. I asked her what that had to do with anything especially when there was no other conversation BUT that question. She said that she was busy. I asked for her name and she said I don't have to do anything you say and said do whatever you need to do. I also sent a complaint online and the response I received from Clayton Hanks and Min Hans the manager was this - "Would hate to have misinterpretation lead to someone being out on the job, as she's an excellent employee & in line for a raise next week. I believe you there was a simple misunderstanding here. Lots of places to eat around here. Hate to lose yuh as a customer, but take care of yourself". This is absolutely unacceptable. read more

First time coming to the one in Cedar hill, i go to the one in duncanville usually. ONE STAR, they didn't have nothing at the store- no flatbread, no mayonnaise, no chocolate chip cookies and they employees there didn't take anything serious when taking our order. read more

Been coming to this location since I moved to Ch 3 years Ago. everytime I come different employers 3 girls working no one behind me and refuse to sell me 5 sandwiches because it's a store policy, that more than 3 had to be online order. Just say no thank you. This has to be the busiest subway that I have every been to and the dirtiest. I've gotten stale bread, burnt cookies, tainted mayo and rank tasting lunch meat. I've seen workers use no gloves, the same gloves from prep to cash collection then turn around and start again with the next customer And the knives that they cut the sandwiches with are terrible dirty. read more

VARY BAD SERVICE!!!!! Transaction # 1/A-73889 at 7:57pm I ordered a Chopped Veggie Salad and got a half chopped salad, probably with HAIR, because the artist didnt have a hair net on and she kept swinging her hair back because it kept falling foreward. So I found out through the lead (I assume) that she was new, so I asked him to remake my salad. He acted as though I committed a sin and he was God. Been in many times hoping for a better experience, but each time takes 15-20 minutes for 2 subs. No joke. Management doesn't seem to care about employees efficiency, and employees don't seem to care much about their job. I would understand if they were super busy with in-store and online orders, but that's not the case. Just chatting with each other and not paying attention so they have to ask over and over basic stuff. Like how many times you gonna ask if I want it toasted and what kind of cheese? I just told you 4 times. Terrible location if you're in any kind of hurry, which I assume is most people who go to subway in the first place. PLEASE dig deep and find some sense of urgency!!!!! We've eaten at this Subway many times over a number of years. I'd probably give it a 3, but I'm countering the one review for 1 Star. It's a Subway. You're getting minimum wage workers, first time jobs etc. it's a box of chocolates for all of these types of restaurants, unless it's Chick-fil-A. The Cedar Hill, TX Subway is the worst location that I've ever been in. I'm not sure how they are still open. The customer service is absolutely lousy!! In addition to that, which is already bad enough, they didn't have turkey, roast beef, spinach, etc. So, if you did settle for the few ingredients that are there, the food is served with a side dish of 'bad attitude'. Don't waste your time. You'd be better off either going to a different Subway location or going to the grocery store, getting a package of cold cuts and a loaf of bread. read more
