They almost always forget your chips and cookies. Pretty sure they don't have straws at their store bc there's never one with your drink. I've complained to corporate and to the actual store and they'll send you a gift card and that's it. Like woo hoo. A gift card for an order that won't be right. I work front desk at a hotel and My job orders from here 3-4 times a week and multiple orders. And they always always mess it up. It's ridiculous. Things were no different tonight during my visit when I got the best service yet from the restaraunt. My fiance and I typically try to not eat fast food, but we all know that chicken McNuggets are delicious and worth bending the rules for. There was confusion about our order when we received it; we got what was on the receipt, but we thought we had asked for an additional fry. I went to the counter, willing to pay for an additional one. However, Tyran, the gentleman helping us, went out of his way to get me the fry for free along with a free drink cup for my fiance who initially did not ask for one. I even had my card in hand ready to swipe, so it impresses me that Tyran took the more difficult route of providing good customer service over charging me. Thank you so much for the great service! I will be sure to keep providing a good word to others about the Carroll McDonald's! EDIT: I forgot to mention that I was initially curious about the new siriracha sauce and Tyran, without prompting, grabbed a spoon and got me a sample to try. :)

I know good help is hard to find but so are good customers. I have bought thousands of pizza's here and it is the only cafe phone number I have memorized. But I will never be back and do business with these people again.

I have left messages at the store, sent messages & filled out an online complaint. I want my money back for the 1 sandwich. Not to much to ask. Heck, a sorry would have went a long way. To flat out ignore a customer however is ridiculous. Maybe if the teenage kids working would put their phones away things would be done right. Fast forward to this week, once again 4 sandwiches ordered, 2 incorrect. All the ingredients are on the online receipt. I just don't get it.
