The manager did try to make things right by offering a 10% discount on our total order, which we appreciated. However, the food itself was pretty mediocre. The burgers were bland, and the tacos were incredibly dry. Surprisingly, the best part of the meal was the curly fries--which tasted exactly like Arby's (ironic, considering this location used to be an Arby's). To top it off, the service was incredibly slow, and it took forever to get our food. Several employees were standing around talking with each other while customers were waiting for assistance. The exterior of the building also needs attention. The dining room tables were filthy, and it took several attempts to find one that had been cleaned. While we were eating, I watched an employee delivering food to customers. During that time, they repeatedly touched their face, played with their hair, and even scratched their leg underneath their pant leg before continuing to serve food. Proper handwashing after those actions is essential when handling food, and seeing this was very concerning. Another issue is the carpeting. Carpet simply doesn't belong in a fast-food restaurant unless it's cleaned regularly. It appeared heavily soiled, making the entire dining area feel unclean. Overall, we did not feel comfortable eating at this location because of the lack of cleanliness. If the dining room and food-handling practices are this concerning, it naturally makes customers wonder whether the same standards are being followed in the kitchen.
