Stood there waiting with a long line behind me. She completely ignored her customers for over ten minutes. Finally when she decided to take my order it took 25 minutes to receive it. Few days go by and decided to give jacks another try . Same repetitive things just a different day. As a contractor with a lot of team members who only have an hour lunch. This restaurant is going to lose a lot of revenue. Because of poor management, incompetent workers , and the lack of customer service. This establishment is by far the worst fast food restaurant. Will never go back. !

The sandwiches, pasta salad, pizza, soup, fruit cup, and coffee were all amazing! We left with a cookie and a loaf of the sourdough bread. This will be a destination we plan on in the future! We didn't really want to take the time to stop at a restaurant and were looking for fast food, but I'm so glad we decided to take the time to check it out. Just stop and eat here!
