It's 10:40pm I just left this location after walking through the front and being told inside was closed and was asked to go through drive through I walked to the drive through they said they don't have mayo or ice okay cool gave her a code then the women said repeat it did it again and she said we don't have drinks and about to close please explain to me what kind of business is being ran smh please do better not cool at all and I'm not even from this little down that's what made it worst should have said we don't have a job after today too cause what kind of business you gone have with workers like that please work on that cause I felt like she was saying I'm getting paid to be here but don't want to work how can I ruin your day smh read more

This burgerking has to be the worst one in Ga.Theyre never open on time.Food is being cooked incorrectly,wait time usually around 10 minutes, customer service and management skills are not up to par.Managers are lazy and don't want to work so they hire minors as manager to open the store while they sleep in.The district manager is no better u call him with issues they go unresolved because he say theres a problem with staff coming in,(they wont).Usually at night its only one person closing so.thats not the best time to.go.either because the same person that cooks and ring up the order has to bring it out to customers. Awful service!!! Was in town to visit my mom and had a taste for an impossible whopper. Unfortunately, they were out! Got a chicken sandwich instead, and by the time we got to the window, I realized that I wanted to splurge and get an ice cream cone. So, when we got to the window, we immediately asked if we could add an ice cream cone; the female told us that we could not add on any items at the window in a not so friendly way. I reiterated that I only wanted to add ONE ice cream cone. She repeated that she couldn't take an additional order. I asked if she was telling me that I had to go back through the drive-thru line just to order a cone of ice cream, and she said that I would! Unbelievable! I then asked to speak to the manager, and she told me that the manager would just tell me the same thing. She then went on to tell us that taking an additional order at the window wouldn't be fair to the people who ordered right after we ordered because their order would be coming up next. Folks, it is not as if I wanted to add on several more burgers or even fries - I simply wanted a cone of ice cream. Truthfully, I could have gotten several ice cream cones and some fries with all of the back and forth. Terrible customer service! Will never visit this establishment again! Note to all, make sure you don't need to add anything extra after you have already ordered in the drive-thru line in that you will be out of luck. Well, at least their ice cream machine was up, unlike is the case at times with their rival McDonald's (the machine always seems to be down whenever I am in the mood for a hot caramel sundae on Sunday afternoons)! Upon entering the restaurant and seeing two other customers we were informed that they were not taking orders inside. We then tried to get our RV to the place to order and my husband had to get out and walk up to order and they never acknowledged our presence. When we got up to the window they began to argue with us. Then trying to order we were informed there was no syrup. The driveway was in terrible shape. Why is the store even open? read more

If I could leave no stars I would. I Entered the restaurant at 10:26 - with my app pulled up ready to order breakfast. When someone approached at 10:28, the breakfast menu was still displayed in the restaurant so I tried to order breakfast. The lady who approached had a horrible look on her face and didn't speak until she got to the computer. Without looking up at me "what can I get you" is all she said. I stated I had a code on my phone for 2 breakfast sandwiches. She stated they weren't serving lunch anymore. I asked how i was supposed to order lunch when the breakfast menu was still up. She rolled her eyes and turned around to ask (I'm assuming the manager) if they were still serving breakfast. Then she proceeded to ask the rest of the staff. She was EXTREMELY rude. So me and my guest decided to leave. Not because of the breakfast issue - but because of her attitude. After walking out a man in a wife beater, shorts, and flip flops followed us out and waved at us to come back in the building. I'm assuming he was the manager the VERY KIND employee spoke with first. Needless to say the gesture was half hearted and we left. I only stopped because I needed to eat with my medicine I had just taken - and I would've ordered lunch NO PROBLEM.. but the sheer rudeness of everyone in that building killed my appetite. If this wasn't fast food, five stars. But since it is, and it can only actually be so good, four is tops and this Burger King is one of the best I've eaten at (and have numerous times) and is extremely consistent on all fronts. One would imagine that a small town burger chain place might not put as much effort into their product as it's not viable to say, "Nah, let's go to the good one at the other end of the sidewalk," yet the facilities are kept clean, the food is always fresh, and the grounds are extremely well maintained. We were promptly greeted and our order taken. Food was quick , hot, and good. Bathrooms were clean, but smelled. The tables and chairs were not clean. We had to wipe off where we sat. There was no playground for the kids and no diaper changing station. read more

Walked in and all the TVs with food choices on them were busted. Didn't want what I had to order. Then the cashier tossed me my cup. I asked if I could leave the cup with her so I can wash my hands and she didnt even respond. Just rolled her eyes and sucked on her teeth. After I was done washing my hands I walked by the counter and grabbed my cup, a different woman started accusing me of stealing the cup. The cashier didn't even say I paid for it. Just let the lady call me a thief. I got my food but didn't eat it. I think they may have spit in it or something. So I went across the street and hit up Taco Bell. I will go out of my way to avoid this BK. read more

Order was completely screwed up. Basically called a liar by the drive thru cashier. Cashier was very rude. Never going here again.

It's not fast food most of the time you are asked to pull forward and wait. It's usually clean but sometimes it really looks like it needs a overhaul. They are always short at least one item on the menu. Please don't make the mistake of asking for anything your way. Not only will it be wrong it will be your fault for making things difficult for simple minded people. read more

Never had a good experience at this BK and breakfast here was no different. Ordered my food (very simple order) and never had it repeated back and told to drive around without getting a total. When I heard the total at the window, I knew that was was too high for what I ordered, so I asked. She then voided out whatever she had put on there that was wrong. I asked to see the receipt and again it was wrong, she had voided out the less expensive items that I did order and left the more expensive items that I didn't order on my bill. When I politely said something about that, there was no apology, if anything, they treated me like I was wrong and making them go out of their way. I recommend checking your receipt here. It is very obvious these employees do not know what they are doing and definitely are not used to being corrected. read more

I went through the drive through on 11/29/2016 a little after 3PM and received my order which was said to be 8.41 but I did not receipt a receipt, which was unusual. After 30 + years in law enforcement the paranoia hit. Well today the debit card transaction hit and sure enough it shows $13.41. Either there's a $5 charge for debit or Ms Sticky Fingers is in the register. Funny that it took 3 days to appear when it normally shows up before you can get out the drive. BUYERS BEWARE.
