Stood there waiting with a long line behind me. She completely ignored her customers for over ten minutes. Finally when she decided to take my order it took 25 minutes to receive it. Few days go by and decided to give jacks another try . Same repetitive things just a different day. As a contractor with a lot of team members who only have an hour lunch. This restaurant is going to lose a lot of revenue. Because of poor management, incompetent workers , and the lack of customer service. This establishment is by far the worst fast food restaurant. Will never go back. !

We ordered Alfredo, a personal meat-lover's pizza, teriyaki chicken wings, and cheesy bread. Unfortunately, they weren't serving the Indian dishes on Sunday during the time we stopped by. Apparently, there are certain days/time frames in which the Indian dishes are served, so I will definitely plan to visit again when in town; will try the butter chicken dish next time. In any case, the items we ordered were decent-tasting. The Alfredo was a tad bit dry but still good (could get up to three toppings - I had chicken, green peppers, and onions). The wings were "different" but good; loved the cheesy bread and my husband enjoyed the pizza. Absolutely loved the customer service; made all the difference!

As I went inside the cleanliness cont. The bathrooms were stock and clean, greeted with friendly faces . My order was fast fresh and hot along with my hot apple pies. Don't know who made the tea but it was the best I had in awhile. I understand that cost of items have risen this past year but I got my money worth then some . Will be back thanks
