We just left , and it was the Bomb ! We had 1/2 B-cue chicken, 1/2 Veggie, the Buffalo Butter balls , Honey Hot wings ! All so Good !! Crust is light and airy ! Atmosphere Great ! Absolutely terrible customer service. Called in an order for a double wide pizza and large butterballs. Specified TWICE that I would like my pizza cut in slices. Arrived and looked at my order because of the policy. Pizza was cut into squares and not slices. Order sheet specifically stated slices, verified by the lady at the counter who retrieved my order. A reasonable request to receive and pay for pizza how the customer would want it? Apparently not. The OWNER had the WORST customer service I have EVER seen in a business, EVER. "What's the difference between squares or slices?" "Do you want me to waste $60?" "THE PIZZA IS CORRECCT!" That was a but a few of the remarks he told me. Not only that, he had a loud, disrespectful tone and nasty attitude, which seemed like he was trying to intimidate me. He is MISOGYNISTIC to say the least! The tone and attitude completely changed once my husband came in. You can VISIBLY see the difference in treatment between my husband as a man and me as a woman. I will NEVER go to this business again as I do not support misogynist behavior. It is NOT unreasonable to get anything how it is ordered and I am flabbergasted at the lack of care towards the customer. Funny when my husband came in, he offered him the butterballs for free! We travel the U.S. in an RV and are always on the lookout for good, authentic New-style pizza. Uncle Bill's is the BEST we've found in a long time! In true NY style, it's got a bendable crust. We tried this place for dinner a few fridays ago and it was pretty good! I loved the atmosphere. I tried a calzone which was tasty and our group got the potato pizza which was really good! My only complaint was we got an appetizer of the cheese breadsticks and they were over cooked and not much cheese on them. We will definitely try it again. read more

Food is always good but the staff need some work. I ordered food to go, and sat at the table closest to the counter for 45 minutes. in the end I went and asked the girl where my order was, and she told me she had called out my order multiple times. she and the rest of the staff were prepared to let me food sit there all night after I paid for it. rude staff, great food. read more

We got the Combination ( I can't remember the actual name) and it was very flavorful, the crust was the perfect thickness with a hint of flavor. Headed to or through Bainbridge? We were, and while Yelp offered sparse assistance - it did point us to Uncle Bill's (with two reviews) and so we took the plunge... ...And a good thing we did. We met Uncle Bill himself (great guy - started this business up a couple of years ago) and found the place nicely appointed and decorated. The theme throughout suggests conservative values and gun rights positions are affirmed in several tongue-in-cheek posts. Sports plays an important part of the wall decor as well. The pizza is good. Being that we're from the megalopolis of Tallahassee - just to the south - I can safely (and with conferred authority) proclaim that Uncle Bill's Pizza would play ball just fine in the TLH pizzeria market. I would have personally opted for the pizza to remain in the oven for another 40-50 seconds, but these sorts of things boil down to personal taste. The toppings and crust all came together for a delicious pizza. We had a Spinach/Mushroom with 1/2 Jalapeno and there was none left. Immaculate interior - that is for certain. It is noticeably "sparkly clean" - that goes for the bathrooms as well. Perhaps staying one step ahead of the whole bathroom assignment kerfuffle, the two restrooms are clearly denoted unisex. Works for me. I self-identify as "MALE" and both doors feature a "MALE" and "FEMALE" AIGA symbol, so I opted to use the closest one (naturally). Curiously, the gate signage for Bid-a-Wee finds itself at the top of the door on the inside. I'm guessing the proprietor likely has a house in the same neighborhood of PCB as we do! If you live in Bainbridge - well - first things first: start Yelping. Y'all have plenty to Yelp about here. Secondly, you likely know how good Uncle Bill's is! If you're coming around these parts, and you've got a certain gastro-feebleness that needs addressing - well then you ought to pull the wagon up to Uncle Bill's. It's that good. read more

They had a Monday night buffet going on, but a coworker and I decided to listen to the reviews and ordered a medium Roadkill and Ckicken Bacon. We asked about appetizers and they recommended the Buffalo Chips. Wow! Light buffalo sauce on a very thin and crispy pizza dough seasoned to perfection. Next time we fly through here, I'm heading for more Buffalo Chips Both pizzas were excellent as well. Way too much food for the two of us. Priced reasonably. Coming back! read more

This place is amazing! It is always busy and is our go to pizza place! It would be amazing if they delivered but they don't do we just deal with it and pick it up. My favorite used to be Pizza Hut till we had this place now we don't go anywhere else. We always get the double wide pizza cut in squares and we also get the Cinnamon roll pizza for dessert and sometimes some of their cheese sticks. I would highly recommend this place as a go to for the whole family. read more

first experience here was good enough that I'll try it again - the interior was really nice (looks to be relatively new but not sure) there's a small game room with free corn hole so that's a plus - the chicken bacon ranch calzone I had was good although a little doughy and pricey - wish I would have known about the buffet starting later cause I would have loved to try it out so I'll be back read more
