And, as I was checking in, the hotel desk clerk recommended to me. I ordered the steak salad. It was so good & so unusual. Fresh spring mixed lettuce, cucumber, lots of cheese, a healthy portion of steak, mandarin oranges and, to top it off, nice, big onion rings. The service was good as well. This seems to be a local favorite; lots of groups and families, and some people who were also waiting were talking about how everything they get is good. Definitely worth a stop!

The service was average, nothing bad to say about the staff, they didn't go above and beyond but they also were by no means bad. The food though. Woof. Everyone has always said "Gotta go to the Forum! It's so good!" Noooo. Don't get me wrong I ate my chicken bacon wrap, and it was maybe a 4/10. I wasn't very impressed by it especially for the price. My SO had Alfredo and she was not a fan. I tried her dish, it was ehh.. it was edible all right but it was very disappointing in flavor especially since it's a Greek themed restaurant. Bathrooms were also a bit messy, paper towels everywhere, overflowing trash can. From what I gathered it also seems like staff use the public bathrooms too, makes sense given the size of the building. Generally I have no issue with staff using the same restroom but my point is that they saw the state of it and chose not to clean or rectify it. I personally wouldn't go back, maybe it's just not my cup of tea but I thought it was overhyped and overall disappointing.

We use YELP when we travel and it has NEVER steered us wrong, both here, and in Europe. A tourist would never stumble across this place if they were not using YELP, or someone who lived locally advised them. We had a chicken sandwich and French Fries and a Bison Burger and a house salad. I am not fond of fries, but my wife gave me some and they were excellent. We really liked this little place and since we live in Columbus we will definitely come back. Riley, our waitress, was terrific. My wife is in a wheelchair and the young man who helped us get through the front door (thresholds can be very challenging for wheelchairs) last night was very kind also!

Now it isn't uncomfortably spicy but you get some burn. Secondly, the chili is THICK! (My pic showed my spoon standing up in the chili). The chili dog was good, probably the same chili, as it was not a coney. I'm used to a coney sauce with a bit more onion but theirs was good. Service was excellent as our waitress took care of our table and others near us. The environment was not quiet, it bordered on loud but we could carry on conversations. We were full so we took ours to go but man...the variety of pies is great and the taste! Man oh man...they got their pie game on. Both choices we picked (Oreo and lemon meringue) were top choices. I always like to take the opportunity to bring attention to those who demonstrate exceptional work ethic, customer service, and genuine care for the people they serve. I have been traveling and have stopped at many places along the way, but today, a young man with red hair, I believe his name was Tony, stood out as an exceptionally welcoming and hardworking employee. He was attentive, energetic, extremely friendly, and genuinely helpful from the moment I walked in. He made my meal exactly as I was expecting and then somehow managed to make the entire experience even better. It is one thing to simply prepare someone's food, but Tony added the one ingredient that cannot be taught or measured...genuine care. There was a sincerity behind the way he treated me that made it clear he genuinely cared about providing a great experience, and that small difference left a lasting impression. On top of the exceptional service, I was also extremely impressed by how clean and well-maintained the store was. The entire location was clean, organized, inviting, and clearly cared for. Between the condition of the store and the welcoming atmosphere created by Tony, it was obvious that pride is being taken in this location. His attitude, kindness, and enthusiasm made my visit to your town that much more enjoyable, and I am incredibly glad I chose to stop here today. Experiences like this are what turn a quick stop while traveling into a place you actually remember. Because of this experience, I will absolutely make this one of my regular stops whenever I am traveling through the area. I highly recommend stopping in, and if you have the opportunity to be helped by Tony, even better. Employees like him deserve to be recognized, as his positive energy, genuine kindness, and exceptional customer service will surely brighten your day.

Every once in a great while when I don't have to be at work by 7 am, I'm actually able to grab…read morebreakfast at Taco Bell due to stores opening at 7 am rather than 6:00 or 6:30 like normal fast food restaurants. I absolutely LOVE the steak breakfast crunch wrap meal. So yesterday, I ordered online before leaving home shortly after 7 am so I could pick it up on my way to work. When I arrived at the restaurant and approached the front doors, an employee ran out and told me they were closed! I asked, "How can you be closed? I just placed an order online!" She hesitated before finally telling me she had "accidentally" slept in that morning and not everything was ready. She explained I would need to wait approximately 20-25 minutes until eggs were ready to complete my order. I informed her that was not possible, nor acceptable, and I would just like my money refunded. she explained online orders could not be refunded in store but instead must be completed through the app. I said that didn't work either! Since eggs were the only item keeping my order from being completed, I asked if they could complete the order minus the eggs. She said that would not be a problem! (This was the second time in less than a week a lack of eggs had held up my order at this store!) As I entered the store, I had to dodge toys and blankets as the restaurant resembled a day care center with two kids playing on the floor. Just not what I expected, but again, the store was technically "closed" at that point! (7:28 am) I finally got my order which tasted great! To be honest, Taco Bell eggs lack taste and are nothing more than protein filler for their quesadillas and crunch wraps! I thanked the lady for getting my order ready. Inside the bag, I found five vouchers for a free taco as compensation for my inconvenience! A surprise ending to a rocky start to breakfast!
