Looks clean and high tech. But the amount of time you have to wait to get your food is unacceptable. Furthermore, the amount of salt they add to their food was excessive. I could feel my blood pressure rising from the amount if salt they used. Go somewhere else. read more

Waited 10 minutes for them to tell us it was cash only. Waited another 15 minutes for the food and the fries were cold. Keep in mind we only got fries and a couple mcChicken's. We were the only customers their and our sweet teas were basically water after almost 30 minutes of waiting. read more

Nice new (looking) clean store. Parking lot can be a little hard to get into from the opposite of the road but not dangerous. Woman taking our order was friendly and helpful. Food came out reasonably quick but I should have checked the order before we left the store. Deluxe quarter pounder was not deluxe and we asked for no pickles. That's a FAIL on two counts, especially since there was no line (no rush in the store or at drive-thru). Wish we had time to go back and complain but we were on the road and had somewhere to be. That's why we got fast food... did not feel the need to check other reviews of this restaurant since McD's are usually pretty good at getting your order right. Lesson learned. read more

I liked this McDonald's. Very clean. Food came pretty quick. I loved the cool hi-tech stuff for kids. Bathroom was clean too. I recommend them for a quick family stop. Can never get anyone to answer the drive thru to take the order. Tonight we waited forever and just drove off. We usually have to go up to the window to order and the kid tells us "the other person wasn't paying attention sorry" but it's an almost every night thing. Not to mention the kid is almost always on his phone when we pull up to the window after we never received a greeting. Either get RID of the two order screens or get BETTER employees. Because something is obviously not working out here. read more

Messes up every..single.. order no matter how simple. Traveling through Ohio, we stopped here for a quick meal. We chose McDonalds over Subway because it would be faster. Little did we know it would take over 30 minutes to get our food order. The team was completely incompetent- not quick at responding to any needs of the customers, including the need for toilet paper in BOTH bathrooms, while the crew was standing around in the back laughing and playing around. Was at McDonalds this morning. Go there a lot for coffee. Usually the coffee order is wrong. Anyway, waited in line for 15-20 min. to get two coffees. People were getting out of line. The system was down or having some kind of problems. When taking the order the girl never mentions that and they have no one come out to tell people about the wait. So of course they try to take the orders by hand which they have no idea how to do. Once I paid and pulled forward to the next window and no one came. Blew the horn and still no one. Finally one of the girls taking drive thru orders came up and asked did you have the two coffees. I just told her that at the back window. She handed me the coffees which had just been sitting there. Of course they were only warm now. No apologies no sorry for your wait. Who ever is running this place is doing a horrible job. This is not the first time this has happened. I understand it is not their fault if the system goes down but it is their fault for not having someone outside to tell people who are ordering. It is their fault for not have the girl taking the orders to tell them when ordering. Also, when the system is running right why do they never pull people forward. What is the use of the second window when you allow people to set for 10-15 min. or more when you could be pulling people forward. read more

I have recently had 2 poor experiences at this location. We stop here on our trips from Columbus to Pittsburgh for its convenient location. However, I must write a review after my second experience. A few months ago, we were travelling and made this our stop. Not only was there a drug bust/search happening in their parking lot, it took nearly 22 minutes to get through the drive through. On my most recent visit, I elected to go inside and it took 15min! Not ordering anything fancy and it was nearly 7Pm. Certainly not a prime hour. Staff did not communicate any delay with patrons waiting nor offer apologies. I also wanted to get a tea, but the use by time was 3:19 and it was 6:50 pm. Definitely not worth the time it takes to get service. I was also promised a gift card from the area mgr after my first bad visit and never received it. read more

This is by far the worst McDonald's experience I have ever had. Stopped here to get something quick on a road trip. The wait was long especially since we were the only people in the restaurant but whatever, the main reason for the 1 star review is the staff. I have NEVER experienced such unprofessionalism. The employees were rude and yelling at each other across the restaurant about a customer who was in the bathroom. At one point one employee yelled "HEY HOW OLD ARE THESE FRIES?" someone responded "Ehh i don't think that old, they're fine." I HIGHLY recommend stopping at ANY of the other fast food places in the area instead of this McDonalds. read more
