The popcorn maker is there by the bar and is available (with buttered popcorn) for your popcorn-eating needs. I'm assuming that popcorn is complimentary with your meal, because I saw a dude come up and get a bag of popcorn (twice). That's nice that Island House offers free popcorn. Anyway, I didn't eat the popcorn. It was a little ... I don't know. It was a little much for me. Instead, I ordered a Club Sandwich (toasted bread, ham, turkey, bacon, cheese, lettuce and tomato). The club sandwich was great! It's sometimes difficult to make a great club sandwich, even though the components are simple. This club sandwich at Island House was great. It came with ruffle chips. There is patio seating here at Island House, which is probably amazing during the summer and fall, because you're steps from the lake. I sat indoors (by a window), which is an option but FYI the ventilation is a little lacking and it was a tad stuffy inside.

Just right, not overly seasoned with GSP or fillers. Salt pepper Beef that's all. Finally, the star... the hand cut fries! This was a bonus for us as we didn't know thet had them. When the server suggested them, we all said yes! They were that rich brown that fresh fair fries get...ya know?! I think Lakebound Pizza is one of the only places in the area to find Philadelphia water ice, which they keep in a little freezer in the store. You'll find at least half a dozen flavors. I chose mango. It was icy cold and yummy, and the perfect frozen treat for a hot day. Like I mentioned, I also checked out the game room that they have here. It's a relatively new development, but they have a few arcade games, a basketball shoot game, and a selfie station. It's a neat little place in Buckeye Lake to hang out, play some games, get some pizza and Philly water ice, and enjoy your stay. What's even more surprising is that Lakebound Pizza has a huge gift shop on site. It's connected to the game area. In retrospect, kicking ourselves now since nobody in our party got any seafood outside of the shrimp appetizer. We ordered pretzel bites and deep fried pepperoni, both of which came out lightning fast. There were four of us and we all ordered four different burgers, again coming out fast. Everything was so delicious and the servers working made us feel welcome and took care of everything. I collect gift cards and they gave me a blank one for my collection and I loved the place so much I got a t-shirt. We're definitely coming back and I already know what I'm getting next!
