In retrospect, kicking ourselves now since nobody in our party got any seafood outside of the shrimp appetizer. I'm always quite skeptical when it comes to bbq places. Ive had many bad experiences. When i saw this food truck right off of st rt 37 I just had a good feeling about it. The owner, Jimmy, was the nicest guy right of the rip and it was easy to tell that he knew a thing or 234234 about TRUE AUTHENTIC Memphis BBQ. I tried the Brisket, Pulled Pork, Mac n Cheese, beans, and slaw. Everything was perfect. The brisket was cut into thick slices and it was so juicy and the crisp on the bark with the smoky flavors was insanely delicious. The pulled pork was hand pulled and seasoned to perfection. They came on sandwich as part of the "World Famous Meal Deal" and it was a MONSTER of a sandwich. Pulled Pork and Brisket piled as high as the plate could handle. The sides were even better than expected and accompanied the bbq to perfection. I work in the area and this is going to be my new place to go for food. I just gotta throw this out there as well.
