Yikes!! this place has really got to big for what they can handle. The pizza / subs have just went downhill over what I'm use to from this pizza place. Tonight I ordered online and it said 35 mins. We got there and it had been 38 mins... pizzas done!! ( NOT) an extra 25 mins later we finally get the order. Sub sat so long waiting for the pizza that the lettuce and tomatoes were HOT. Not fresh. The pizza had onions the size of the palm of my hand . Not cut . They also had green centers which means the onions are very old . Completely disappointed in Michael's . We had not tried Michael's until today. We ordered the works pizza and it was very good. We ate in the restaurant and it had several televisions with a variety of different sports on. It had ample seating and was very comfortable. Service was decent. We were surprised that we got garlic bread prior to our meal. It was great! read more

We have lived in Hebron for almost 8 years! This place has always been good. It used to be smaller and more personal. Now it's bigger and modern but we walk in and they greet you with garlic bread and other cheesy treats. Salad, wings, and Pizzas and all the food is delicious. They have add drinks and I have enjoyed the few that I've order. Just a good choice! read more

Pizza average at best. All appetizers are baked and come out soggy and funky.Worst they charge $5.50 for a 12oz draft Bud Light but the menu shows $4.00 for it.Will never be back! read more

Worth stopping in for the pizza. Not the wings. Pizza is deceivingly filling. Thin crust is the norm here. Lots of Parmesan and garlic in the sauce. We really liked it. Pretty sad looking and tasting Works pizza and it was completely missing the sausage, plus toppings. Their pizza isn't usually like this, we know because we are regulars. We were so disappointed. Not sure when we will be back. We were told 30 minutes, it was 45, not sure how long the pizza sat back there, they acted like it couldn't be found. No wonder it wasn't even warm when we got home, and imagine our disappointment when we opened the box. read more

Michaels is by far the best pizza in Jacksontown, Ohio. Every time they deliver is hot, fresh and delish. It's a must!!

This pizza is delicious and what a steal for under $5 for a personal size.. I love thin crust pizza and their sauce and toppings are quite yummy too.. the pizza reminds me of Ange's pizza which I grew up on.. it's like the perfect concoction of goodness in 1 bite..and the service was fast, the price was great, and just a great place to stop.. All their ingredients are either frozen or canned. Their marinara sauce is bland and lacks basic Italian spices. As for their pizza, Digornos is a better option. Their sides are poorly made and poorly cooked. The "wings" are right out of the freezer with no flavor and dry as a bone If you like Italian food. --- run in the exact opposite direction from this place. read more

Just moved to the area a few months ago and Michael's is the only place that will deliver to us. We are lucky to have a place like Michael's. They make the same old Columbus style thin crust that everyone else in a 60 mile radius makes, the difference is ingredients. You can just tell that Michael's uses a higher quality of ingredients. In the area with some friends so we stopped by and got some pies from this place. Very tasty, fresh toppings, good cheese mix and a delicious dough.
