She let me know it would be cheaper to buy the hoagie with chips and a drink due to their special, rather than buying the hoagie alone. The restroom was okay. It could have used some cleaning but it wasn't terrible. During the time I was there, it was super busy. The soda machine area could have used some cleaning up. Gotta love Wawa!

I tell her I was there to pick it up and was told there is no order. The employee tells me I gave them a different name. Not true - as I placed the order and paid for the order, under my name. The same exact name I gave when I attempted to pick up my order. Call KFC corporate again. Another gigantic waste of time. Over 24 hours later and still no refund. In fact nobody at corporate has called or emailed. KFC clearly doesn't place any value on customer retention. I go to the store today and speak with the manager. He tells me it will be a couple days before I get my refund. Nice.. Now KFC is borrowing my money - interest free - and wasting my time. On the off chance that someone with KFC stumbles upon this: PAY ATTENTION. This is how you lose customers forever. Every aspect of this attempt to purchase food has been a miserable cluster****.
