And if multiple customers are calling because of the change, maybe acknowledge the mistake and apologize instead of blaming the customer. When I ordered it, I asked for it medium rare, but it was well done when it finally appeared. Disappointing. The food tasted fine although my hubby's chicken tasted like charcoal. About a half hour after waiting, the people next to us were told there was no roast beef. They adjusted their order and got their food before us, although we ordered before them. A bit strange. While I was waiting for our food, I walked inside to see what kind of things were for sale. They had balsamic vinegar and olive oil which were nice. The vinaigrette was really good and we were told they used the balsamic from it. However, on the shelves in the back, there was a cruddy jar of something that no one would buy. I picked it up not realizing it but put it back. I am adding a picture of the flowers. They were very nice. They should put some work into fixing the signs around that were peeling.
