I finally gave up and was walking back to my car when a guy came and opened the door. As I walked in he started yelling at me that the door was locked for a reason. I told him I just wanted to pick up my online order. He continued to loudly berate me to the point I felt unsafe. He then would start to hand me my order and then snatch it back and yell some more. He was unhinged. I've been a regular customer of the store through several management changes but I will never go back.
