Now, I ask you, when you know that a customer has placed an order for a frozen drink in the app, and you know they are sitting at the speaker, why wouldn't you just make the drink and then shut down the machine to clean it? So, I had to change the order after the first one was already paid for, and was told I wouldn't be charged for the first one, but I already was. When I pointed this out, I was told I'd be refunded automatically. Well, this isn't true. I had to go into the order and cancel it. But, they don't tell you this, so if you don't go looking for it on your own, then you're out the money. This store needs to be shut down until the employees, and managers, can be trained appropriately.
