I went in wanting to redeem my points for the free sub club sandwich and a 6.99 foot long. Sue me for trying to save some money. I order the sandwiches (2 steak and egg breakfast) , everything was great until checkout. When they scan my points, the free sub club sandwich comes up, which they redeem and I got the receipt for the 1st sandwich. The 6.99 foot long was online only so I asked the cashier if I was able to buy it online but it qualifies for the 2nd sandwich. She said yes that's fine. As I'm trying to order, breakfast is no longer popping up for this location, so I asked would I do a Philly cheesesteak with added egg? She says yes. While ordering the Philly, there's so options to add on egg. Only bacon, avocado, and pepperoni. I placed the order for the Philly. Once it comes up, the cashier checks the receipt and asked why the egg isn't added. I explained the app doesn't give the option to... she tells her manager. I'm showing the manager the app doesn't show the breakfast steak and egg or an add on egg for the Philly. He starts questioning where is the third sandwich bc I only got two, and saying the Philly has more meat and they have to charge for the egg bc they aren't "giving away free food". I'm not asking for free food I'm trying to use both of my coupons... I explain that the cashier said it was okay to order the Philly In place of the steak and egg breakfast.. I said if it's really serious, I'll pay for the egg again as I payed the $3 for the first sandwich already... I said sir can I please explain exactly what I'm trying to do? I believe the staff person's name is Charlene. I can build this review up as though it will be negative - but there is enough negativity in the world. Although I was pressed for time, I thoroughly enjoyed my wait while watching her perform with integrity, quickly, and efficiently. She greeted me and I waited while she completed the order of the customer in front of me. Then, she proceeded to build orders from phone/online but acknowledged she'll be with me momentarily at some point in that process. I absolutely loved and valued her awareness and accuracy in satisfying these orders. I greatly appreciated how she changed gloves and maintained cleanliness even for the virtual orders where the customer was not present to hold her accountable. When it was my turn, I expressed my kudos and I can tell my positivity adjusted the customer's attitudes behind me as they were likely on their way to complain. Amir at subway awesome customer service. Greets you on the way in even though he had a line wrapped around the counter. He was the only one and it was busy, he handled it very well. Great guy didn't show any hesitation in making sure each customer was acknowledged and showed a great deal of patience. It shows he handles well under pressure. Highly recommend this place. Will not be returning I gave them another chance but older lady is rude to customers. Did not get acknowledged,everyone in line got helped but once it was my turn the employee started working on online orders. I understand working on online orders but at least let the customer know don't just ignore them. I placed an on-line order today. I selected 6:15pm for a pick-up time. Then I entered a promotion code. when I completed the order, it said it would be ready for pick-up at 3:35pm. Some kind of software glitch, so I thought that I would call the store and tell them it was for a 6:15pm pick-up time. Phone rings and rolls right over to a "Full" voice mail box. I tried several times and got the same full voice mail box. I arrived at the store at 3:35pm to pick-up my sandwiches 3 hours early. Very unprofessional. The bag was not closed to prevent cross contamination. Food safety is a major problem at this location. We went to get the missing chips and the manager said " how dare you come here saying that my employee did not give you the chips"? We paid for them online using DoorDash. The manager says it is the DoorDash driver responsibility to make sure we had the chips. Which is not true. They need to make sure all food is in the bag and the bag needs to be closed. I waited 15 minutes in line and right before my turn, their computer froze. It is not the first time I visit and also the computer froze coincidentally before my turn. Honestly, the staff gets overwhelmed and they may be just pretending the computer freezes to let people go. You are horribly loosing business. The people in front of us would not get what they wanted because the store also did not had the kind of bread they wanted, nor they had avocado or the southwest chipotle sauce. I've been coming to this subway for years and it's been consistent as far as always running out of ingredients, slow workflow because of high employee turnover rate, and usually just one person working per shift. Rarely do I see two employees working together (maybe the times I come in. I continue to support this subway because of distance. But it's highly discouraging. Also, ordering through the app is a nightmare for both customer and employees. It's a poorly developed app. The employees must write down every detail on paper to complete the order. Now imagine if an employee has to complete a large order, they have to write everything down, make the order, they have to greet and apologize to incoming customers for the long delay and they are working by themselves. That is stressful for both parties. Then as a customer you wait so long for them to finish just to find out they don't have specific ingredients. A lot of customers leave. Another thing, in the past ordering through the app the employee didn't start my order because they didn't have the ingredients. When you go in at the scheduled time there's nothing ready that you prepaid. Yet the app says it's ready. So you either leave and figure out how to get a refund or have them substitute ingredients. NO Lays BBQ chips available. 5. When I arrived there were no other customers so I thought I would be out pretty fast, when we arrived, my daughter and I, we were not greeted by the girl making the subs or the two other girls by the register, there was never eye contact between them and me, the girl making subs had a Mobile order and was preparing two subs, when she was done I was sure she would look me in the eye and tell me she would be right with me, well that didn't happen she walked over to the other two employees that were counting money and talking about 5 dollars short, meanwhile we're standing there trying to stay calm, once again no one had even acknowledged our presence, it's like we were invisible than the girl that was making subs walks over to get another Mobile order that had just come in and starts making more subs at this point I started getting very upset, I waited and nothing!!!! The other two employees arguing about the 5 dollars walked over to the back and never came back to the front. I told the girl making subs that I needed her managers name, she said she would not give me her managers name and told me that she had greeted me when I walked in(not true) she was very rude and unapologetic and they made me feel invisible and so insignificant.
