Ambience is quiet food and service is fast and clean and fresh ! This hometown spot of mine is my to go to when I am in town

The one in Bealeton, VA is the best run and most friendly Subway I have ever been in.

There subs are made great depending on who is working. For the most part we will continue eating here.

Good food! but very poor customer service the teenagers are very rude and not helpful at all!!

Tina Patel owns this business and I have nothing but great things to say about her business. Her store is immaculate, the bathrooms are clean and the toilet was as well, the floors had nothing but a nice and clean shine and the dining room was spotless. The drink machine clean and not sticky and all the tables spotless as well. Service is always swift and polite. The food always tastes good and well prepared. I love Subway and notice a big difference in different stores. By far, the Bealeton store is worst. It started a couple years ago when I stopped there and got my usual, the Turkey, Bacon and Avocado wrap, which they were running on their normal menu at the time. When I got home I saw the receipt said the wrap was $7.19, but then an extra $.75 was charged for the bacon and $.75 for the avocado. An extra charge for what has always come with the wrap, and is in the name of it? Another time I stopped to get the same thing and they only put 2 pieces of bacon on it, which every other Subway put 4 on. I asked about this and was told 4 was just a promotion starting it out the 1st couple weeks. Every other Subway still put on 4. I try to go to any other Subway than the Bealeton one, but for convenience stopped there last night to get 3 sandwiches. I ordered the Turkey Cali, which comes with avocado mash too. The guy first put the turkey on throwing about 4 or 5 pieces on it. He then took 1 off and threw it back in the bin. I asked if that's all the turkey and he said, "Oh yea, sorry" and put 4 more pieces on it. At first, he took one back, so he had to know how many were going on it. Then he heated the 4 pieces of bacon that come packed on the paper, he then placed 2 on my sandwich. I asked why all 4 don't go on and he said it just comes with 2. I told him every other Subway puts on 2 and he asked if I want all 4. I asked if I would be charged extra for them and he said yes, so I said no. I should have asked what he was going to do with the leftover 2 also. When I checked out, she asked if I want the receipt, I said yes and she put it in the bag. At home I looked at it and see the 12" Cold Cut combo was $6.89 and my 6" Turkey Cali was $6.99. That doesn't seem right to me, and I might stop by to take a look at the prices on the board. One thing is for sure, I'll never buy a sandwich from there again, and suggest if you do you watch them closely because it seems like they rip you off any way they can unless you question them. This location is the BEST around!!! I walked in and was greeted by every single staff!!! One was on her knees wiping down the equipment, the other was prepping for my order, and the other was cleaning!!! It was so nice!!! I haven't seen that type of service in awhile!!! That shop has always been excellent but last night was unbelievable!!! Truly a great atmosphere with very kind ladies!!! We will definitely be back!!! Outstanding customer service!!! This Subway is always good and the staff is friendly. I drive here instead of going to the one across the street from our office!

You guys see these other five star reviews? They're not lying. I used to come here back in 2008, probably every other day, but I moved away. When I drove through last Friday, I figured I'd swing by and see how the place is. I walk in and the first thing I notice is how bright this Subway is. Other Subways are sort of dark, but this one was very bright. And clean, so clean. And the music. They had some upbeat positive music on the speakers at a pretty good level, which was awesome. Not LOUD, but certainly not quiet. I really liked it. It's so different than other Subways. So my food. The gentleman behind the counter was SUPER professional. Was really fast. Asked outright if I wanted bacon or double meats or anything. I had a question about this new topping I've never seen in any other Subway and he said that it was the sweet hot relish pepper and asked if I wanted to try it. I told him no, but I might try those next time. But my food was great. Great place. I'm DEFINITELY going to be returning. I really feel like if other Subways copied this one's approach, they wouldn't be doing so bad. read more

I don't recommend the Bealeton Subway. For food or employment! FYI the tips left for the "wonderful" sub you received doesn't always go to ALL the front line workers! I know this for fact because my relative worked there & one of the reasons he left was because of not receiving tips on regular basis & witnessing a certain worker taking tips in back alone to count. Eventually they will be caught & I'm waiting so I can shed light on many many things like that happening. Just pure GREED! read more

This subway is set up just lounge any other. What keeps me coming back is the friendly service provided and the cleanliness of the store. Definitely worth visiting if you after a good sandwich at a very decent prices. Oh, I almost forgot, the oatmeal raisin cookies are the best! read more

This is the cleanest subway I have ever been in. The cleanliness is so appreciated in these times of COVID. On top of the spotless store the employees were so friendly. I had a lovely chat with the owner who made my sandwich with all the extra's that I love. I will be stopping here EVERY time I travel to Richmond :-) Highly recommend the Bealeton Subway! read more

This Subway should be an example of how everyone should be run! Super clean, super fast and super duper friendly! When I say fast, I mean FAST! We've gone here for dinner several times over the past month or so and these young ladies operate like a well oiled machine.....even when there is a long line to the door on buy 1 get one free night. While operating like a well oiled machine, they smile, they're attentive, friendly and most of all extremely accurate with the order! Hands down THE BEST fast food style restaurant I've ever been in! Have eaten at this subway 3xs over the past year and it sucks! Have a broken ankle and was starving so had husband go back today after 7 mths of not eating there and it was just as horrible! What a waste of money sloppy and food was ice cold and not toasted enough after having it toasted read more

This is one of my favorite Subways in the area! The staff is always friendly and actually takes the time to put together your order and not just slap vegetables and meats on some bread. THE BEST, CLEANEST, FRIENDLIEST Subway I've ever been to! The owner Ms Patel, is always there interacting with customers and staff. You can tell her employees really respect her and the store. I have been to very expensive restaurants that didn't treat me this well. The owner is often there, working just like her employees. I bet she's not just a Boss but a mentor to those young people. I've never been to a Subway that's not clean in the seating area, bread and ingredients not fresh, bathrooms not clean/fresh and supplies missing -- they're one of the best models for how fast food joints should operate. This one is no exception -- our seats and table were very clean; the bread, meats/cheese and veggies were extremely fresh and altogether were above average quantities for sandwich ingredients; the staff were cooperative and pleasant, preparing our specialty sandwiches and handling special requests, processing coupons and speedy checkout; and the bathrooms were very sanitary -- for that important first step of washing up before eating a hand held sandwich and chips, as well as afterwards before leaving. It's no wonder they've grown so fast and franchises are so profitable with a successful fast food restaurant model based on limited selections, fresh/healthy/tasty food, above average service, affordable prices and general cleanliness-- this one in the 'country' is one of the best! read more
