We visited this Hardee's because we are on vacation and my Wife LOVES Hardee's. After this visit I…read morecan definitely see why. I honestly believe the Sausage, Egg, and cheese biscuit I had was absolutely one of the best I have ever had, I normally don't go for Sausage biscuits but they accidentally gave us this instead of the Bacon,Egg,Cheese that we ordered and I can honestly say I am glad they messed it up because it was DELICIOUS. They actually gave us a Bacon,Egg,Cheese one since they were just gonna have to throw the first biscuit away if they took it back to give us the correct one. I would absolutely recommend this Hardee's 50 times over. You want good breakfast this is the place to come.

What's another name for a donkey? Well that's what the food and service was at this jacks. We…read morepulled up to the speaker and the lady said " welcome to jacks" and then went radio silent after we greeted her back. She then repeated herself with attitude and at this point we just started ordering. We were also adding extras to our meals ( extra cheese, side upgrade etc) and she kept saying "you know that's an up charge" we felt like she was racially profiling us. Her face was twitching like she was going through withdrawal. The mac and cheese was microwaved. It was also way smaller than I expected ( not the first time I've received small serving) Once we got our food we received no condiments for our dry season less fries. You can tell this wasn't made with love. I believe that she tampered with our meal because we are now all running and fighting over the only toilet in our RV.

All in all not a bad location. They are located relatively close to the exit/on ramp for Highway 59…read moreso they get a lot of traffic. If you come in here early (6:30 - 8:00) or late (4:00 to 6:00 pm) you can have a line in the drive through that is backed out all the way around the building .... actually kind of common for all Jack's locations, but something to keep in mind. Typically only use the drive through, nothing really wows me with the service they provide, again, not that it's horrible, just nothing that stands out. Food is typically pretty fresh, as far as fries go this location is probably a little more prone to not having the freshest fries. Will I come here again, yes. Would I recommend for others, yes....just be mindful of the time and if you have time to wait if you use the drive through.

I've never been on the inside of this location, so this review is for the drive through only…read more Staff are actually pretty friendly! They do an overall pretty good job of providing good customer service....especially for a McDonald's drive through. One recommendation to anyone going through the drive through - Check your drink before you pull away, I've actually been given the wrong drink a number of times at this location. Again, they are super nice and get it swapped quickly, but kind of annoying if you pull away and have to circle back around to get it fixed. If it wasn't for the fact that they are friendly I'd probably pass ... nothing worse than ordering a coke and getting Dr Pepper .... just wrong! Also, occasionally get breakfast or a snack here - the sausage biscuits have always been pretty good quality and I've never had a cold French Fry out of this location. I'd come back here, they are convenient. But, I'll check my order before I leave.
