As my wife and I spent time looking at the menu, we let another lady go in front of us, who ordered a couple of burgers. As they started to fill her order she stepped over to the plasticware, condiments and soda and put some cutlery sets (a plastic wrapped napkin, fork and knife) into her bag. As she got her food the lady who made it stepped out from the back of the restaurant and started screaming at the woman. Apparently she had taken too much ten cent plastic after paying for her burgers (at eight bucks a piece). I assume the woman was a manager as everyone else behind the counter froze as she made a huge scene and ranted at the paying customer. As the customer, horribly embarrassed, tried to stuff a quarters worth of plastic back into the place she found them, the rotten manager continued screaming "I'M WATCHING YOU" as the customer, now sobbing, tried to return the things she was being accused of stealing. She took her food, tears streaming down her face, and ran out the door. We were right behind her. I will never, ever again spend a dime in this place that allows employees to belittle and scream at paying customers. That terrible woman has no business having any kind of job, much less one where she has any sort of power over people. And people who would give a person like this that sort of power dont deserve my money. And in my opinion, they don't deserve yours either. Also, as she was ranting, she wiped her gloved fingers all over her pants ans then went back to making food. So, if food safety is a concern of yours, another good reason to never, ever go here.
