I have been going to this Subway for over 10 years, and the location is wonderful to my house. I think they finally have some workers to have "normal" hours. I was there on a Saturday for lunch and both workers were great at their jobs and extremely friendly. I got two sandwiches and both were very good with exactly what I wanted on them. Service at this location was just bad. Rude staff seemed to be inconvenienced by our coming here. First thing anyone said was "how many sandwiches?". On top of that she spoke so quiet I had to ask her numerous times to repeat herself. Maybe it was Air Pods she wore for the entire interaction. On top of that, her hair kept falling in front of her face which made her have to move her hair with her hands the whole time she was making our food. I'd be willing to be the health inspector would have something to say about that. read more

Terrible. Wife and I stopped after work on a Tuesday night at 6:30, doors were locked, and drove through only. Ordered food from window, orders were missing half our toppings, bread was stale and crumbled up. Not toasted when asked for toasted. When it was handed to us the subs were not wrapped properly and the ends of our sandwhiches were handing out of the wrapping. read more

Maybe it's just the Saturday crew, but one of the guys who was waiting on us today just seemed like he wanted to get our order done because we were inconveniencing him. He made my daughter's tuna wrap (which he forgot about when it was time to ring us out) and managed to get marinara sauce on the outside of it. My wife ordered two fountain drinks and a lemonade, but they were out of lemonade, so he made the assumption that we only wanted the two fountain drinks. After finally paying for everything, we sat down and ate in the restaurant that was dingy, but not awful. After another customer got his order the guy who was in the rush sat down at a side table and started vaping. After a moment, the other two employees joined him, one at the table, and the other sitting on the counter. Again, maybe it's just the Saturday crew here, but regardless of the fact that the food was fine, I wouldn't come back here if it were the only place to get food in Aliquippa. read more

I was thoroughly pleased and grateful to the ALIQUIPPA SUBWAY, who helped us at the last minute and saved the day with 320 hoagies! The store was clean and the staff was super friendly and helpful. I was there july 20th placed online order to be ready at 715pm I went in had to wait for another 15-20 min didn't have my sandwich's ready sitting on the counter waiting to be finished, employee told me that I ordered the 6in they made a 12 in they gave it to me got my food went home , opened the 12in there was no chicken inside they forgot to put it in , went back told the girl she said said well im not giving you the 12 again since you only paid for a 6 in I told her the other employee said he would give it to me and since I had to come back that shouldn't be a problem ,, well she said to me "no, your not getting it unless you pay for the 12 in. then she gave me the 6 in went home there was no cheese on it went back told her she said there is no cheese on this sandwich I said yes there is and she said well what kind is it ? I said you work here you should know she then comes back with a little back with 2 slivers of cheese in it and said '"have a great day:" very sarcastically. sent complaint to paul welty he wants recpt # I don't have it gave it to her she mustve threw it away ?! read more

The basic simplicity of Subway shops is their reason for success. One sees the ingredients, the way things are put together on order, right in front of you. Even the toasting of the desired breads. I believe their success is due to the customer actually being able to see what is going into their sandwich. Unlike most places where the "backroom" is opaque. Simplicity and sameness. Desirable traits in the food business IMHO. read more

While the service staff is nice, the service is incredibly slow. Came for lunch at 12:30 and waited 25 minutes to place an order with 5 people in front of us in line. The optimization of the attention between drive thru customers and walk-in customers is less than ideal, perhaps contributing to the long wait time. read more

I pulled up to the drive thru, no one answered to greet me or take my order. I waited a solid 5-7 minutes before pulling around to the window to see that the girl and boy working had no drive thru headsets on. Apparently they just made an executive decision to veto the drive thru for that evening. So I decided to wait until someone acknowledged me sitting at the drive thru window. The boy looked dead in my eyes twice without coming to the window to say anything. After 15 more minutes of waiting I had knocked on the window. The girl mouthed "one minute" and then they both continued to ignore me for the next 10 minutes. The boy finally opened the window and said "what can I get you?" No apology, no "I'm sorry you've been waiting forever only to be greeted by my poor attitude", nothing. He took my order and said "I'll get that ready for you as soon as possible." It's been another 10 minutes... while I watch him stand there and help everything else inside the restaurant. What kind of bullshit is this?! I am NEVER one to complain. I worked at a restaurant for 8 years and I know how it feels to be undeservingly yelled at. I've watched several cars pass me. I didn't leave because I want them to know it's NOT ok to treat people like this. I'm STILL in the drive thru line waiting for my food that I was charged FULL price for. I paid for my food at 6:42. It's now 6:57. WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON AT THIS LOCATION?! I will never visit or give my money to subway ever again. I recommend everyone stay FAR, FAR away from this location & establishment. Friendly customer service and of course like any subway the hoagies are always pretty good!

Though the subs are great here, some of the employees are downright horrid. Get better workers in there who know how to treat customers with respect and maybe you'll get a better review from me! read more

I agree with the first review! I have been to a lot of Subways, but the way this subway makes it's subs is great. Every vegetable is fresh, the bread is fresh, and they do a nice job putting it together. This is how all Subways should be! And the drive through is GREAT! read more
