We ordered 5 chili dogs (as part of a special they were promoting), a Dr Pepper and a Sprite at the drive thru speaker, and, within 5 minutes, we were at the window receiving our order. As soon as the bag of chili dogs was handed to me, I could smell the familiar odor of the chili dogs with onions. This couldn't be prevented because that smell is strong, and it's been locked into my memory banks for many, many years. Good thing we weren't in my car, because the chili dog smell permeates and stays in the car for a few days, whether the windows are open or not! I stopped in the parking lot and we ate our food in the car. R was in heaven; me, not so much Salty and thin (as in consistency) chili is not really a draw for me, but this meal wasn't about me.
