On day of installation, my doorbell rang at the exact minute they said they would be there. Jose (Joey) and Lido did a wonderful job with the installation. They even helped rebalance a part of a gutter that needed adjustment that wasn't supposed to be serviced. The removal/install/cleanup took about 3 hours. It would definitely take more time if you were having an entire house done. I am hopeful that the new gutters suit my needs. After checking that the new roof was not a problem, we planned to add a downspout to ensure the problem did not recur. I called A&B and described the problem. They were honest and up front that the problem was not likely caused by the gutters and that adding a downspout would not likely correct the problem. I very much appreciated the honesty and integrity of the person I talked to. They could easily have come out and installed the additional down spout and never addressed whether it would fix the problem.
