It may be time to switch to another propane provider that actually provides service!

We spoke the next morning, he said he would be over after he finished one other job. Never showed or called. I finally called late afternoon to be told that he would be there the next morning. I woke up at the crack of dawn to accommodate his 8am supposed call and arrival time only to be thwarted again. I waited until ten and called. No answer. Never heard from him. I called a couple more times with no response. Ever. Not very professional in my book. I called another place today and they were very informative and are coming tomorrow. What a concept. Update: The second company never showed either!! Appalachian something or other on Turkey Creek. They never showed or called either. I looked up someone on Angie's List--Finally got Jerry Fowler to come out!! He was great!!

Ferguson's was at our house by 9:00 am on Friday morning. Within a couple of hours they had installed a new pump and raised its position 20 ft off the bottom of the well. The 1st company had left the pump on the bottom of the well which resulted in the grit causing our pump to seize. Our water filter is still clean after 2 weeks. We had to change it every 3 weeks before. When we received the invoice we were pleasantly surprised by the very fair charge. We highly recommend this professional friendly company. You won't be disappointed.

Service beyond my expectations!…read more This is a Top Flight Company! I can't say enough good things about their service. I recently had a tree get blown over during a storm and with the help of my neighbors cut the remaining segment of the tree down and cut it up for disposal. Initially I felt I could remove the debris to the local land fill. Rather than growing old gracefully making trips to the landfill, I called around for a company who could deliver a dumpster and haul away the small mountain of branches, limbs and stump. I called one company who said they could be right over to deliver the dumpster. I called back checking on the delivery and was told, "Oh we're very busy, we'll be out to you in 4-5 days." I was fortunate enough to have called Haywood Roll Off. The young lady who answered the phone understood what I needed, explained the pricing and assured me the driver would call me when he was enroute. The driver (John) did call and he made sure he protected the driveway when he dropped the 30 yard dumpster. John gave me his cell number to let him know when I had completed the task at hand was ready to release the dumpster. The delivery and pick-up went smoothly and the billing was accurate. This is a company, I will do business with again when the situation calls for a good company to help resolve a significant issue.

This moving company was horrible to not only my elderly grandparents with dementia, but to myself &…read moremy fiancee as well. My grandparents sold their million dollar home in a very nice community, & they had to be out on a Sunday by noon. So they booked them for noon. These movers told my grandparents that they had to move them a day earlier because they were "too busy" that Sunday. So my grandparents were scrambling to get everything done in time. My fiancee & I brought them breakfast on Saturday morning, because we knew they were moving Sunday. We just pulled in when the moving trucks pulled in. The manager told my fiancee that he couldn't park anywhere in the driveway or beside the road at all, because they needed that room. So he had to park at a local elementary school & wait for me. The movers were mostly nice, but their manager was very demanding. My Grandma got back from doing some ladt minute errands, & wanted to eat breakfast with me, but the manager came upstairs and literally said "We need to get everything out of the basement right now." When my Grandma asked her if she could eat first, the manager straight up said "No," & reprated herself. So my Grandma had to go down there & show her everything. In the end, I ate for a few minutes, gave my grandparents a hug & left, because they were so stressed. The only thing that the movers did that was helpful was tell my Mom that my Grandparents belongings had arrived at their new house, because they weren't allowed to move in there yet. But my grandparents, having dementia, had to sleep at a Dollar General that night, & then borrow a phone at that store to call my Mom to stay with her. The movers didn't even let them borrow a cell phone. This company took advantage of my grandparents, & I would never, ever recommend using them to anyone whatsoever.
