Owner is investigating the loss of my personal items. I had thousands of dollars of tools stolen…read moredespite the keypad entry to the building and having an excellent lock on my unit. I am suspicious this was an inside job or a hired contractor. Employees and contractors possibly working above the unit can look down in and see what is in the unit for their thieving delight. Owner called me and we had a good conversation to help with the investigation and to hopefully catch the person(s) who did this. She was sincere and I will post an update if a resolution is successful pending the investigation by her and the police. While deeply bothered by the theft I'm pleased with the exchange of details with the owner and to have her help. I had my items stored in the unit for one year. After returning to the unit, I went to unlock my lock, and the lock just fell to the floor. My lock was broken/picked, but appearing secure on the latch when left untouched. I hope to post a more positive review soon.
