We've had the Endless Comfort package with Blossman for 3 years. We pay a flat fee for the year, and they're supposed to fill up the propane tanks periodically so we never have to worry about running out. Sounds great, right? It would be, if they actually came by to fill the tanks. We're not heavy gas users-- heat and hot water are electric, so it's pretty much just our oven range and a dryer. However, we did run out of propane last winter after receiving a text update from Blossman saying they had checked our propane tanks and we were not in need of a refill. And then when we ran out and requested a delivery, they charged us for it. Even though the reason for us running out was that they didn't fill them when they should have.
Fast forward to this past August. I have security cameras around the house (for unrelated reasons). I get another of those texts that say they checked on the tanks and they were not in need of a refill. I was home that day, and never heard or saw them come by. Dogs never barked, and nothing showed up on the security cameras. So I reached out to Blossman to say, hey, i think there's been a mistake. Nobody ever came by the house, and I'm worried about running out of propane due to lack of delivery, like the year before. So they made a delivery, and once again charged us for it, about $43 this time.
Since August (it is now February), I have tried calling multiple times and even went to the office in person to clear it up. Every time, I've been told that the manager is not available and they'll have him give us a call. No call ever comes. In the meantime, this bill that I shouldn't have is accumulating late fees. I would rather not go through the hassle of changing propane providers, but it looks like I'll have to. read more
